【摘要】：很多集團公司長期以來一直致力于拓展市場業(yè)務(wù),忽視了內(nèi)部管理,以致財務(wù)管理出現(xiàn)諸多問題�；诖�,本文以NF公司為研究對象探討該公司當(dāng)前的財務(wù)管理現(xiàn)狀,并針對存在的問題提出完善建議,為該公司構(gòu)建科學(xué)高效的財務(wù)管理體系,進而提升集團資源配置效率和市場競爭力。
[Abstract]:Many group companies have long been committed to market expansion, ignoring internal management, resulting in a lot of financial management problems. Based on this, this paper takes NF Company as the research object to discuss the current financial management situation of the company, and puts forward some perfect suggestions for the existing problems, so as to build a scientific and efficient financial management system for the company. And then improve the efficiency of resource allocation and market competitiveness.
