【摘要】：從2007年中國火炬創(chuàng)業(yè)導(dǎo)師行動發(fā)起到2017年中國火炬創(chuàng)業(yè)導(dǎo)師聯(lián)盟成立的10年間,創(chuàng)業(yè)導(dǎo)師隊(duì)伍不斷擴(kuò)大,并在中國"兩創(chuàng)"服務(wù)中發(fā)揮了重要作用。近年來,創(chuàng)業(yè)導(dǎo)師制成為西方學(xué)界關(guān)注的重要前沿課題之一。但是,該類主題尚未引起國內(nèi)學(xué)界足夠重視�；趪鴥�(nèi)外研究成果,辨析創(chuàng)業(yè)導(dǎo)師制與企業(yè)導(dǎo)師制的區(qū)別,從創(chuàng)業(yè)者和創(chuàng)業(yè)導(dǎo)師兩個(gè)主體視角分別梳理了創(chuàng)業(yè)導(dǎo)師制的功效,從創(chuàng)業(yè)者特征、導(dǎo)師特征、指導(dǎo)關(guān)系特征和支持結(jié)構(gòu)4個(gè)方面歸納了創(chuàng)業(yè)導(dǎo)師制實(shí)施影響因素。最后,就現(xiàn)有研究不足,提出若干未來研究方向。
[Abstract]:In the 10 years from the initiation of the Chinese Torch Pioneering Tutor Action in 2007 to the establishment of the Chinese Torch Pioneering Tutor Alliance in 2017, the number of pioneering tutors has been expanding and played an important role in the service of "Two Creations" in China. Based on the research results at home and abroad, this paper distinguishes the difference between entrepreneurial mentoring system and enterprise mentoring system, combs the effectiveness of entrepreneurial mentoring system from the perspective of entrepreneurs and entrepreneurs, and sums up the influencing factors of entrepreneurial mentoring system from four aspects: the characteristics of entrepreneurs, the characteristics of mentors, the characteristics of mentoring relationship and the support structure. Finally, on the basis of inadequate research, some future research directions are put forward.
