援疆央企員工激勵(lì)機(jī)制優(yōu)化個(gè)案研究
[Abstract]:With the development of national counterpart aid to Xinjiang, more and more large central enterprises actively respond to the policy of national industrial aid to Xinjiang, set up subsidiaries in Xinjiang to promote the economic and political development of Xinjiang. However, due to the particularity of Xinjiang's political and geographical environment, many enterprises have encountered problems in human resource management, such as recruitment difficulties, serious staff loss, low enthusiasm of employees and so on. Through discussing the application of incentive mechanism in practice, this paper analyzes the actual situation of Xinjiang Chuxing Energy Company, finds out the problems existing in the incentive system of Xinjiang Chuxing Energy Company, and improves it. First of all, this study introduces and analyzes the current incentive system of Xinjiang Chuxing Energy Company, and finds out the existing problems from the system level. Secondly, through field research, this study adopts the methods of interview and questionnaire survey. Through the investigation and analysis of employee satisfaction, it is found that the employees of the company are not satisfied with the incentive function of the incentive system in the four aspects of salary, performance and training, as well as the policy of aiding Xinjiang. This paper analyzes and explains the problems existing in the incentive system of the company, and, according to the incentive theory, puts forward the optimization thought for the incentive mechanism of the company, and under the guidance of the optimization idea, the paper gives the compensation and performance of the company. The training and aid system were optimized and four feasible schemes were put forward. The purpose of this paper is to solve the problems in the system of the company, to optimize the incentive system, to stimulate the enthusiasm of the staff, to improve the enthusiasm of the staff, and to solve the human resource problem in this case. It will open up a new way for the human resource management of central enterprises in Xinjiang.
