【摘要】：本文研究了在創(chuàng)業(yè)意向形成階段創(chuàng)業(yè)培訓的實施效果,以及在創(chuàng)業(yè)意向轉(zhuǎn)化階段創(chuàng)業(yè)主觀情緒的作用。研究結(jié)果表明,創(chuàng)業(yè)培訓能夠顯著影響創(chuàng)業(yè)意向和以行為態(tài)度、主觀規(guī)范、行為控制為代表的意向形成先導因素。同時,在創(chuàng)業(yè)意向轉(zhuǎn)化過程中,創(chuàng)業(yè)意向與創(chuàng)業(yè)行動顯著正相關(guān),行為疑慮、行為規(guī)避等負面情緒越低,越有利于開展創(chuàng)業(yè)活動。此外,創(chuàng)業(yè)者的海外求學經(jīng)歷、政府部門工作經(jīng)歷能夠?qū)?chuàng)業(yè)意向轉(zhuǎn)化造成顯著影響。研究結(jié)論對于完善中國創(chuàng)業(yè)培訓課程設(shè)計,鼓舞創(chuàng)業(yè)信心,推動創(chuàng)業(yè)活動發(fā)生具有實際意義。
[Abstract]:This paper studies the effect of entrepreneurial training in the stage of entrepreneurial intention formation and the role of entrepreneurial subjective emotion in the stage of entrepreneurial intention transformation. The results show that entrepreneurial training can significantly influence entrepreneurial intention and the leading factors represented by behavioral attitude, subjective norms and behavior control. At the same time, in the process of entrepreneurial intention transformation, entrepreneurial intention and entrepreneurial action significantly positive correlation, behavior doubt, behavior avoidance and other negative emotions are lower, the more conducive to entrepreneurial activities. In addition, entrepreneurs' overseas education experience and government work experience can have a significant impact on entrepreneurial intention transformation. The conclusion is of practical significance for perfecting the course design of Chinese entrepreneurship training, encouraging entrepreneurial confidence and promoting entrepreneurial activities.
