戰(zhàn)略柔性、戰(zhàn)略創(chuàng)新和管理創(chuàng)新之間關(guān)系的研究

【摘要】:創(chuàng)新對(duì)于企業(yè)發(fā)展、產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型和國(guó)家競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)塑造的重要作用得到理論和實(shí)踐界的一致認(rèn)可,但在技術(shù)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)加劇的環(huán)境下,通過技術(shù)手段領(lǐng)先競(jìng)爭(zhēng)者以維持企業(yè)增長(zhǎng)和競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的可能性正在下降,非技術(shù)領(lǐng)域(如戰(zhàn)略理念和管理實(shí)踐)的創(chuàng)新正逐步成為企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中更為關(guān)鍵的核心要素。但關(guān)于戰(zhàn)略柔性與創(chuàng)新之間關(guān)系的研究往往局限在技術(shù)創(chuàng)新領(lǐng)域,大量已有研究基于動(dòng)態(tài)能力理論探討戰(zhàn)略柔性對(duì)企業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新的作用,缺乏對(duì)非技術(shù)創(chuàng)新的探討;谫Y源基礎(chǔ)理論和動(dòng)態(tài)能力理論,將戰(zhàn)略柔性分為資源柔性和協(xié)調(diào)柔性兩個(gè)維度,構(gòu)建這兩個(gè)維度與戰(zhàn)略創(chuàng)新和管理創(chuàng)新兩種非技術(shù)形式創(chuàng)新之間關(guān)系的整合性研究框架,探討戰(zhàn)略柔性對(duì)戰(zhàn)略創(chuàng)新和管理創(chuàng)新影響的差異化路徑關(guān)系、與戰(zhàn)略創(chuàng)新和管理創(chuàng)新之間的因果路徑關(guān)系,以及戰(zhàn)略創(chuàng)新在戰(zhàn)略柔性與管理創(chuàng)新之間的中介作用機(jī)制。以303份中國(guó)制造業(yè)企業(yè)配對(duì)調(diào)研數(shù)據(jù)為樣本,采用結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型,對(duì)7個(gè)假設(shè)進(jìn)行實(shí)證檢驗(yàn)。研究結(jié)果表明,戰(zhàn)略柔性對(duì)戰(zhàn)略創(chuàng)新和管理創(chuàng)新均存在積極影響,戰(zhàn)略創(chuàng)新能夠促進(jìn)管理創(chuàng)新的培育;戰(zhàn)略柔性對(duì)戰(zhàn)略創(chuàng)新和管理創(chuàng)新的作用路徑存在差異,即對(duì)戰(zhàn)略創(chuàng)新通過直接路徑施加影響,對(duì)管理創(chuàng)新除直接效應(yīng)外,還存在以戰(zhàn)略創(chuàng)新為中介的間接影響路徑,即戰(zhàn)略創(chuàng)新在戰(zhàn)略柔性與管理創(chuàng)新之間起部分中介作用。通過構(gòu)建戰(zhàn)略柔性對(duì)兩種非技術(shù)創(chuàng)新的影響框架,呼吁增加對(duì)創(chuàng)新研究中非技術(shù)創(chuàng)新的關(guān)注,促進(jìn)企業(yè)內(nèi)部創(chuàng)新系統(tǒng)中戰(zhàn)略創(chuàng)新與管理創(chuàng)新兩種不同層面創(chuàng)新之間的雙向理論融合,并為提高和重塑中國(guó)制造業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)提供關(guān)鍵的實(shí)踐指導(dǎo)。
[Abstract]:The important role of innovation in the development of enterprises, industrial transformation and the shaping of national competitive advantage has been unanimously recognized by the theoretical and practical circles, but in the environment of intensified technological competition, The possibility of leading competitors through technological means to maintain the growth and competitiveness of enterprises is decreasing. Innovation in non-technical fields (such as strategic concepts and management practices) is gradually becoming a more critical core element in enterprise competition. However, the research on the relationship between strategic flexibility and innovation is often confined to the field of technological innovation. A large number of studies have been based on the theory of dynamic capability to explore the role of strategic flexibility in technological innovation of enterprises, and lack of discussion on non-technological innovation. Based on the resource-based theory and the dynamic capability theory, strategic flexibility is divided into two dimensions: resource flexibility and coordination flexibility, and the integrated research framework of the relationship between the two dimensions and the innovation of strategic innovation and management innovation is constructed. This paper discusses the differential path relationship between strategic flexibility and management innovation, the causal path relationship between strategic innovation and management innovation, and the intermediary mechanism of strategic innovation between strategic flexibility and management innovation. Based on 303 matched data of Chinese manufacturing enterprises, seven hypotheses were tested by using structural equation model. The results show that strategic flexibility has a positive impact on both strategic innovation and management innovation, strategic innovation can promote the cultivation of management innovation, strategic flexibility has different action paths on strategic innovation and management innovation. That is to say, it exerts influence on strategic innovation through direct path, besides direct effect, it also has indirect influence path with strategic innovation as intermediary, that is, strategic innovation plays a part of intermediary role between strategic flexibility and management innovation. By constructing the framework of strategic flexibility's influence on two kinds of non-technological innovation, we call for more attention to non-technological innovation in innovation research. To promote the two-way theoretical integration between strategic innovation and management innovation in the internal innovation system of enterprises, and to provide the key practical guidance for improving and reshaping the competitive advantage of Chinese manufacturing industry.
