互聯(lián)網(wǎng)時(shí)代海爾集團(tuán)戰(zhàn)略轉(zhuǎn)型研究

【摘要】:隨著互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的發(fā)展與進(jìn)步,以及互聯(lián)網(wǎng)行業(yè)不斷的深化發(fā)展,政府也在不斷鼓勵(lì)和提到互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+與傳統(tǒng)行業(yè)的結(jié)合。然而隨著越來(lái)越多的企業(yè)參與到互聯(lián)網(wǎng)時(shí)代的企業(yè)變革中,有的企業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型是成功的,有很多企業(yè)在轉(zhuǎn)型過(guò)程中迷失自我。傳統(tǒng)企業(yè)在互聯(lián)網(wǎng)變革中遇到了越來(lái)越多的問(wèn)題。本文系統(tǒng)總結(jié)了企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略管理理論的演變過(guò)程,分析了戰(zhàn)略管理的構(gòu)成要素。在此基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合中國(guó)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)時(shí)代企業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)的實(shí)際案例進(jìn)行具體分析,從企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略的調(diào)整,執(zhí)行及現(xiàn)階段執(zhí)行后的轉(zhuǎn)型效果進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)闡述。同時(shí)通過(guò)引入SWOT模型,對(duì)現(xiàn)階段我國(guó)各級(jí)企業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)過(guò)程中的優(yōu)勢(shì)、劣勢(shì)、機(jī)會(huì)以及威脅進(jìn)行了分析,以充分了解目前中國(guó)市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)體制下企業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型的模型。在以上分析的基礎(chǔ)下,本文從海爾的發(fā)展歷程、戰(zhàn)略演變、互聯(lián)網(wǎng)時(shí)代下海爾采取的人單合一、人人創(chuàng)客的新型組織結(jié)構(gòu)及戰(zhàn)略措施進(jìn)行綜合分析,分析海爾轉(zhuǎn)型的可借鑒之處和在轉(zhuǎn)型過(guò)程中遇到的問(wèn)題點(diǎn),并提出解決措施。最后,結(jié)合海爾集團(tuán)在互聯(lián)網(wǎng)時(shí)代下企業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)的借鑒意義,給予國(guó)內(nèi)大型、中型及小微企業(yè)一系列戰(zhàn)略轉(zhuǎn)型可以借鑒和學(xué)習(xí)的地方,并在實(shí)際中加以應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:With the development and progress of the Internet and the deepening development of the Internet industry, the government is constantly encouraging and mentioning the combination of the Internet and traditional industries. However, with more and more enterprises taking part in the transformation of enterprises in the Internet era, some enterprises have been successful in transformation, and many enterprises have lost themselves in the process of transformation. Traditional enterprises have encountered more and more problems in the reform of the Internet. This paper systematically summarizes the evolution of enterprise strategic management theory and analyzes the elements of strategic management. On this basis, combined with the actual case of enterprise transformation and upgrading in the Internet era of China, the paper systematically expounds the adjustment of enterprise strategy, the implementation of the enterprise strategy and the effect of the transformation after the implementation of the present stage. At the same time, by introducing SWOT model, this paper analyzes the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats in the process of transformation and upgrading of Chinese enterprises at all levels at present, in order to fully understand the model of enterprise transformation under the current market economy system in China. On the basis of the above analysis, this paper makes a comprehensive analysis of Haier's new organizational structure and strategic measures, which include the development of Haier, the evolution of strategy, and the new organizational structure adopted by Haier in the Internet era. This paper analyzes the problems encountered in Haier's transformation and puts forward some solutions. Finally, combining with the significance of enterprise transformation and upgrading of Haier Group in the Internet era, it gives domestic large, medium and small enterprises a series of strategic transformation that can be used for reference and learning, and it is applied in practice.
