領(lǐng)導(dǎo)對創(chuàng)造力及創(chuàng)新績效的影響機制研究綜述

【摘要】:文章以CSSCI檢索出的2001-2016年共16年的211篇有關(guān)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)對創(chuàng)造力、創(chuàng)新績效的影響機制研究的文獻作為研究對象,通過CiteSpaceⅢ、SATI3.2軟件,對國內(nèi)研究"領(lǐng)導(dǎo)與創(chuàng)新關(guān)系"的研究力量、研究熱點及研究演化過程行了可視化分析。研究結(jié)果表明:從重點研究西方情境下的變革型領(lǐng)導(dǎo)到研究符合東方文化的家長式領(lǐng)導(dǎo)對創(chuàng)造力及創(chuàng)新績效的影響機制;從單一層面關(guān)注領(lǐng)導(dǎo)如何影響創(chuàng)造力和創(chuàng)新績效到跨層次選取變量研究領(lǐng)導(dǎo)對員工創(chuàng)造力、團隊創(chuàng)造力和組織創(chuàng)新績效的影響;從研究領(lǐng)導(dǎo)成員交換關(guān)系、心理授權(quán)、心理資本到關(guān)注更深層次的創(chuàng)新自我效能感、內(nèi)在動機、組織自尊、組織公民行為、情景調(diào)節(jié)焦點等如何調(diào)節(jié)和中介領(lǐng)導(dǎo)與創(chuàng)造力、創(chuàng)新績效的關(guān)系。
