【摘要】：社會責(zé)任是金融機構(gòu)在不斷發(fā)展、壯大的過程中必須履行的責(zé)任。金融是現(xiàn)代經(jīng)濟的核心,銀行業(yè)作為金融業(yè)的主要產(chǎn)業(yè),是否能夠很好地履行其社會責(zé)任不僅影響著銀行自身的穩(wěn)健運行和發(fā)展,而且對整個經(jīng)濟系統(tǒng)的其他部分穩(wěn)定運行發(fā)揮著至關(guān)重要的作用。因此,研究銀行業(yè)如何更好地承擔(dān)社會責(zé)任有著很大的理論意義和現(xiàn)實意義。論文闡述了商業(yè)銀行社會責(zé)任的概念、內(nèi)容和履行社會責(zé)任的理論依據(jù),以邢臺銀行為研究對象,通過分析其發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,明確了其社會責(zé)任的范圍。進而結(jié)合調(diào)查研究,構(gòu)建了邢臺銀行社會責(zé)任的評價體系。按照評價指標(biāo)的建立原則,選擇適合邢臺銀行的評價指標(biāo),對其履行社會責(zé)任的情況進行了具體評價。以此為基礎(chǔ),進一步分析了邢臺銀行在履行社會責(zé)任過程中存在的問題,指出邢臺銀行在責(zé)任意識、法律觀念、支持弱勢群體等方面的不足,提出了加強邢臺銀行履行社會責(zé)任的政策建議。論文認(rèn)為,邢臺銀行作為由政府投資主導(dǎo)的商業(yè)銀行,應(yīng)該承擔(dān)更多的社會責(zé)任。而加強對這類商業(yè)銀行履行社會責(zé)任的評價,不僅是社會對其進行監(jiān)督的需要,也是銀行良性發(fā)展的必要條件。切實擔(dān)當(dāng)自己的社會責(zé)任,應(yīng)該成為邢臺銀行自覺追求的目標(biāo)。
[Abstract]:Social responsibility is the responsibility that the financial institutions must carry out in the process of continuous development and expansion. Finance is the core of modern economy. As the main industry of the financial industry, the banking industry is able to perform its social responsibility well not only to the stable operation and development of the bank itself, but also to the other parts of the whole economic system. Therefore, it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the social responsibility of the banking industry. The paper expounds the concept, the content and the theoretical basis of the social responsibility of commercial banks, taking the Bank of Xingtai as the research object and clarifies its society through the analysis of its development status. According to the investigation and research, the evaluation system of the social responsibility of the Bank of Xingtai is constructed. According to the establishment principle of the evaluation index, the evaluation index suitable for the Xingtai bank is selected and the social responsibility of the bank is evaluated. On the basis of this, the paper further analyzes the Xingtai bank in the process of fulfilling the social responsibility. The existing problems, point out that the Bank of Xingtai in the sense of responsibility, the legal concept, support the weakness of the weak group and other aspects, put forward to strengthen the Xingtai bank to fulfill the social responsibility of the policy recommendations. The paper that the Bank of Xingtai, as a commercial bank dominated by government investment, should bear more social responsibility. The evaluation of social responsibility is not only the need of the society to supervise it, but also the necessary condition for the benign development of the bank. It should be the goal of the Bank of Xingtai to conscientiously undertake its own social responsibility.
