【摘要】：本文以組織場(chǎng)域?yàn)檠芯繉?duì)象,比較了理性選擇制度主義和組織制度主義;厘清了組織場(chǎng)域的內(nèi)涵和類型,對(duì)比分析了新興場(chǎng)域和成熟場(chǎng)域;并依據(jù)組織場(chǎng)域固化和演化的視角,將場(chǎng)域成員分為制度遵從者和制度創(chuàng)業(yè)者的基礎(chǔ)上,通過被動(dòng)制度同構(gòu)和主動(dòng)制度創(chuàng)業(yè)兩種制度邏輯對(duì)相關(guān)研究進(jìn)行了梳理。固化視角的制度同構(gòu)回答了"組織為什么會(huì)相似"的問題,實(shí)現(xiàn)了場(chǎng)域的同質(zhì)性;演化視角的制度創(chuàng)業(yè)伴隨著制度從無到有以及從舊到新的變遷,回答了"制度從哪里來"的問題,實(shí)現(xiàn)了場(chǎng)域的異質(zhì)性。進(jìn)一步地,從制度邏輯和研究層次對(duì)組織場(chǎng)域的研究進(jìn)行了展望,未來可以考慮制度同構(gòu)和制度創(chuàng)業(yè)的情境和整合研究,可以考慮場(chǎng)域中臨時(shí)成員、亞場(chǎng)域、跨場(chǎng)域和跨國(guó)公司所處的雙重組織場(chǎng)域的問題。此外,也可以從這兩個(gè)方面進(jìn)行交叉分析,以深化該領(lǐng)域的研究。
[Abstract]:This paper takes the organization field as the research object, compares the rational choice institutionalism with the organizational institutionalism, clarifies the connotation and type of the organization field, compares the emerging field and the mature field, and according to the perspective of organizational field solidification and evolution, On the basis of dividing the field members into system follower and system entrepreneur, the paper combs the related research by passive institutional isomorphism and active institutional entrepreneurship. The institutional isomorphism from the solidified perspective answers the question of "why organizations are similar" and realizes the homogeneity of the field; the institutional entrepreneurship from the evolutionary perspective is accompanied by the institutional changes from scratch and from the old to the new. It answers the question of where the system comes from and realizes the heterogeneity of the field. Furthermore, from the perspective of institutional logic and research level, this paper looks forward to the study of organizational field. In the future, we can consider the situation and integration of institutional isomorphism and institutional entrepreneurship, and consider the temporary members and subfield of the field. Cross-field and multinational companies in the dual organizational field of the problem. In addition, cross-analysis can be carried out from these two aspects in order to deepen the research in this field.
