【摘要】：集團(tuán)網(wǎng)絡(luò)決策權(quán)配置是影響集團(tuán)網(wǎng)絡(luò)運(yùn)行績(jī)效的重要因素。本文從戰(zhàn)略決策權(quán)與經(jīng)營(yíng)決策權(quán)二維視角構(gòu)建出四種集團(tuán)網(wǎng)絡(luò)決策權(quán)配置模型,基于38個(gè)集團(tuán)網(wǎng)絡(luò)的實(shí)證數(shù)據(jù),運(yùn)用兩階段DEA方法,對(duì)決策權(quán)形成過(guò)程與作用過(guò)程的配置效率展開(kāi)評(píng)價(jià)。研究表明,掌控型配置模式效率最高,更有利于集團(tuán)整體的績(jī)效提升;掌控型配置模式需注重提升顧客滿意度;母公司主導(dǎo)型配置模式更有利于集團(tuán)內(nèi)部的學(xué)習(xí)成長(zhǎng);子公司主導(dǎo)型對(duì)于集團(tuán)網(wǎng)絡(luò)的財(cái)務(wù)、客戶以及內(nèi)部運(yùn)營(yíng)具有獨(dú)特優(yōu)勢(shì)。本文研究結(jié)果在一定程度上豐富并深化了集團(tuán)網(wǎng)絡(luò)決策權(quán)配置的理論成果,并可為基于集團(tuán)決策權(quán)配置的集團(tuán)網(wǎng)絡(luò)優(yōu)化提供更為現(xiàn)實(shí)的實(shí)踐指導(dǎo)。
[Abstract]:The allocation of group network decision-making power is an important factor that affects the performance of group network operation. In this paper, from the perspective of strategic decision-making power and management decision-making power, four kinds of group network decision-making power allocation models are constructed. Based on the empirical data of 38 group networks, the two-stage DEA method is used. The allocation efficiency of decision-making power formation process and action process is evaluated. The research shows that the controlling configuration mode is the most efficient, which is more conducive to the overall performance improvement of the group; the controlling configuration mode should focus on enhancing customer satisfaction; the parent company dominant configuration mode is more conducive to learning and growth within the group; The subsidiary-leading type has unique advantages for the financial, customer and internal operations of the group network. To a certain extent, the research results enrich and deepen the theoretical results of group network decision-making power allocation, and can provide more practical guidance for group network optimization based on group decision-making power allocation.
