【摘要】：為探究國(guó)內(nèi)家族企業(yè)管理研究熱點(diǎn)和其發(fā)展的脈絡(luò)演進(jìn),以CNKI數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)關(guān)于家族企業(yè)管理研究的數(shù)據(jù)為研究對(duì)象,使用文獻(xiàn)計(jì)量學(xué)方式,并運(yùn)用Citespace工具繪制家族企業(yè)管理研究的知識(shí)圖譜對(duì)其進(jìn)行可視化分析。通過(guò)分析可以看出:家族企業(yè)管理中的兩權(quán)配置問(wèn)題,家族化管理和代際傳承問(wèn)題,管理模式研究問(wèn)題等是研究的熱點(diǎn)問(wèn)題。從研究熱點(diǎn)的脈絡(luò)演進(jìn)情況觀察,1997-2004年是研究探索階段:該領(lǐng)域?qū)W者思想得到解放,相應(yīng)的文獻(xiàn)為以后研究奠定了基礎(chǔ);2005-2010年研究拓展階段研究:發(fā)文量處于繁盛階段,學(xué)者百家爭(zhēng)鳴;2011-2016年研究豐富階段:該階段進(jìn)一步豐富了該領(lǐng)域的研究成果以及完善理論體系。
[Abstract]:In order to explore the research hotspot and the evolution of family business management in China, the CNKI database data on family business management is taken as the research object, and the bibliometrics method is used. And using Citespace tools to draw the knowledge map of family business management research for visual analysis. It can be seen from the analysis that the problems of the allocation of the two powers in the management of the family business, the problems of family management and intergenerational inheritance, and the research of the management mode are the hot issues of the research. From 1997 to 2004, it is the stage of research exploration: the scholars in this field have been liberated, the corresponding literature has laid the foundation for the later research and the research expansion stage from 2005 to 2010: the quantity of papers is in the prosperous stage. A hundred schools of thought contend for the rich stage of research in 2011-2016, which further enriches the research results in this field and perfects the theoretical system.
