【摘要】：基于認(rèn)知視角探討了移動(dòng)互聯(lián)技術(shù)對(duì)組織內(nèi)部個(gè)體層面、團(tuán)隊(duì)層面知識(shí)共享行為的影響。在個(gè)體認(rèn)知層面,移動(dòng)互聯(lián)技術(shù)更多地表現(xiàn)出其工具性的一面,它改變了人與信息的連接方式,強(qiáng)化了個(gè)體的知識(shí)共享動(dòng)機(jī),提升了共享能力,創(chuàng)造出了更多的共享機(jī)會(huì),從而促使員工更積極地貢獻(xiàn)和獲取知識(shí);在團(tuán)隊(duì)認(rèn)知層面,移動(dòng)互聯(lián)技術(shù)創(chuàng)造出了一個(gè)全新的、介于工作和生活之間的情境,它改變了人與人的連接方式,增進(jìn)了團(tuán)隊(duì)成員之間的信任,從而有助于形成高水平的共享心智模型,充分發(fā)揮交互記憶系統(tǒng)的作用。
[Abstract]:Based on cognitive perspective, this paper discusses the influence of mobile interconnection technology on knowledge sharing behavior at individual level and team level within an organization. At the level of individual cognition, mobile interconnection technology shows its instrumental side, which changes the way people connect with information, strengthens individual motivation for knowledge sharing, enhances sharing ability, and creates more opportunities for sharing. In turn, it encourages employees to contribute and acquire knowledge more actively; at the team cognitive level, mobile networking technology creates a whole new context between work and life that changes the way people connect. It enhances the trust among team members, which helps to form a high level shared mental model and give full play to the role of interactive memory system.
