【摘要】：構(gòu)建了組織忘卻情景、即興能力對突破性創(chuàng)新影響的概念模型。在直接檢驗(yàn)忘卻情景對突破性創(chuàng)新關(guān)系的基礎(chǔ)上,深入分析和檢驗(yàn)即興能力對上述關(guān)系的中介作用。以211家高新技術(shù)企業(yè)為研究對象的實(shí)證結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn):忘卻情景對即興能力、即興能力對突破性創(chuàng)新都具有顯著正向影響;即興能力在形成新知識和突破性創(chuàng)新之間起完全中介作用,忘卻活動對突破性創(chuàng)新的積極作用未得到支持。
[Abstract]:The conceptual model of the influence of organizational forgetting and improvisation on breakthrough innovation is constructed. Based on the direct test of the relationship between the forgotten situation and the breakthrough innovation, this paper analyzes and tests the intermediary effect of improvisation ability on the above mentioned relationship. The empirical results of 211 high-tech enterprises show that forgetting the situation has a significant positive impact on the improvisation ability and the improvisation ability on the breakthrough innovation; Improvisation ability plays a complete intermediary role between the formation of new knowledge and breakthrough innovation, and the positive effect of forgetting activities on breakthrough innovation has not been supported.
