【摘要】：本文從全球化的視角審視和回顧了企業(yè)史學科自上個世紀初在美國誕生以來的發(fā)展歷程,指出20世紀90年代以來企業(yè)史研究發(fā)生了重大的轉變,如研究邊界的拓展情況、研究主題的多樣化以及全球企業(yè)史研究日趨成為當今企業(yè)史研究的重點。此外,本文還對當前學科的方法論及發(fā)展趨勢進行闡述,并比較了以歐、美、日為代表的發(fā)達國家和以拉美、中國、印度等為代表的新興國家之間企業(yè)史研究的差異。
[Abstract]:From the perspective of globalization, this paper reviews and reviews the development course of the history of enterprise history since the birth of the United States at the beginning of the last century. It points out that the research of enterprise history has changed greatly since 1990s, such as the development of the research boundary, the diversification of the research theme and the study of the history of the whole ball enterprise. In addition, this paper also expounds the methodology and development trend of the current discipline, and compares the differences in the research of the enterprise history between the developed countries represented by Europe, the United States and Japan and the emerging countries represented by Latin America, China and India.
