【摘要】：21世紀(jì)是質(zhì)量的世紀(jì),美國(guó)質(zhì)量管理專家朱蘭博士的這一論斷一經(jīng)提出,便受到了全球質(zhì)量管理人員以及管理學(xué)專家們的普遍認(rèn)可。上世紀(jì)80年代至今,中國(guó)制造業(yè)逐步走向全球,取得了舉世矚目的成績(jī),為制造企業(yè)在升級(jí)產(chǎn)品和拓展市場(chǎng)中創(chuàng)造了機(jī)遇。但我們也看到,由于其質(zhì)量管理技術(shù)和水平落后,而導(dǎo)致企業(yè)紛紛破產(chǎn)關(guān)門的情況屢見不鮮。全面質(zhì)量管理作為企業(yè)的核心管理之一,早已成為企業(yè)開拓和占有市場(chǎng)的基石。正可謂"百年大計(jì),質(zhì)量先行"。本文研究的JL公司是一家中意合資洗衣機(jī)生產(chǎn)制造企業(yè),通過對(duì)公司質(zhì)量管理現(xiàn)狀分析并對(duì)分析出來的問題提出了針對(duì)性的改善措施,減少了制造過程中的浪費(fèi)和產(chǎn)品不良,使公司的生產(chǎn)制造質(zhì)量管理水平得以提高,對(duì)于類似的生產(chǎn)制造企業(yè)質(zhì)量管理和改善有一定的指導(dǎo)意義。本文分別回顧精益生產(chǎn)、六西格瑪管理以及精益六西格瑪管理的相關(guān)理論和概念、精益生產(chǎn)的發(fā)展歷程、精益生產(chǎn)的基本方法、六西格瑪?shù)陌l(fā)展歷程以及精益六西格瑪?shù)漠a(chǎn)生背景。論文首先從全面質(zhì)量管理出發(fā),分析和梳理了JL公司質(zhì)量管理的現(xiàn)狀和存在的問題以及問題產(chǎn)生的根本原因,對(duì)JL公司質(zhì)量管理問題提出了改善措施。同時(shí)通過運(yùn)用精益六西格瑪理論和方法,對(duì)JL公司H系列的洗衣機(jī)外桶的質(zhì)量進(jìn)行改善,為公司每年節(jié)省了近60萬(wàn)元人民幣的制造成本,提高了生產(chǎn)制造質(zhì)量管理水平。本論文試圖通過JL公司的質(zhì)量管理現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)的分析,找出該公司質(zhì)量管理問題產(chǎn)生的根本原因,并針對(duì)這些根本原因給出改善措施,提高產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量,從而盡可能降低生產(chǎn)成本和提高生產(chǎn)效益,樹立良好的公司產(chǎn)品形象和提高客戶滿意度。
[Abstract]:The 21st century is the century of quality. Once this assertion of American quality management expert Dr. Julan was put forward, it was generally recognized by the global quality management personnel and management experts. Since the 1980s, China's manufacturing industry has gradually gone global and made remarkable achievements, creating opportunities for manufacturing enterprises to upgrade their products and expand their markets. But we also see that because of its backward quality management technology and level, leading to the bankruptcy and closure of enterprises are common. As one of the core management of enterprises, total quality management has long been the cornerstone of enterprises to open up and occupy the market. It can be described as "a hundred years plan, quality first." JL Company is a Sino-Italian joint venture washing machine manufacturing enterprise. By analyzing the current situation of the quality management of the company and putting forward targeted improvement measures to the problems analyzed, the waste and bad products in the manufacturing process are reduced. It can improve the level of production and manufacturing quality management of the company, and has certain guiding significance for the quality management and improvement of similar manufacturing enterprises. This paper reviews the relevant theories and concepts of lean production, six Sigma management and lean six sigma management, the development course of lean production, and the basic methods of lean production. The development of six Sigma and the background of Lean six Sigma. Based on the total quality management, this paper analyzes and combs the present situation, the existing problems and the root causes of the quality management of JL Company, and puts forward some measures to improve the quality management problems of JL Company. At the same time, by using Lean six Sigma theory and method, the quality of washing machine outer barrel of JL Company H series is improved, which saves the manufacturing cost of nearly 600000 yuan each year and improves the quality management level of production and manufacture. This paper attempts to analyze the current situation of quality management in JL Company, find out the root causes of the quality management problems, and give some measures to improve the quality of products. So as to reduce production costs and improve production efficiency, set up a good product image and improve customer satisfaction.
