【摘要】:正如何成為知商,搶占知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)制高點(diǎn),提升自身核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,已成為時(shí)代發(fā)展的新命題。自18世紀(jì)60年代世界首部專利法誕生以來(lái),知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)極大地激發(fā)了人類的創(chuàng)新活力,帶動(dòng)國(guó)家社會(huì)發(fā)生全新的變革。如今,人工智能、VR/AR、無(wú)人機(jī)、人臉識(shí)別、無(wú)人駕駛等知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)新技術(shù),正深刻影響著人們?nèi)粘I睢?知商"這一群體已成為國(guó)家創(chuàng)新基因中不可或缺的組成部分。中國(guó)已經(jīng)告別網(wǎng)商時(shí)代,進(jìn)入知商時(shí)代。
