【摘要】：隨著女性創(chuàng)業(yè)活動(dòng)的日益活躍及其對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展積極作用的日益凸顯,圍繞女性創(chuàng)業(yè)的研究日益豐富并逐漸成為一個(gè)相對(duì)獨(dú)立的主題。然而,較之于創(chuàng)業(yè)研究領(lǐng)域其他主題的研究,女性創(chuàng)業(yè)的研究無(wú)論是數(shù)量還是質(zhì)量都處在相對(duì)匱乏和滯后的狀態(tài)。從國(guó)內(nèi)外權(quán)威期刊中篩選得到圍繞女性創(chuàng)業(yè)展開研究的典型文獻(xiàn)67篇,從創(chuàng)業(yè)動(dòng)機(jī)、個(gè)體特征、家庭情況、社會(huì)環(huán)境、創(chuàng)業(yè)資本、企業(yè)特性、領(lǐng)導(dǎo)風(fēng)格、創(chuàng)業(yè)績(jī)效等八個(gè)方面系統(tǒng)梳理了這些文獻(xiàn)的主要觀點(diǎn)或結(jié)論。結(jié)果表明,現(xiàn)有女性創(chuàng)業(yè)的研究細(xì)分主題較為全面,涉及到女性創(chuàng)業(yè)活動(dòng)中從“動(dòng)機(jī)”到“結(jié)果”的各個(gè)環(huán)節(jié),并形成清晰和完整的研究框架,但同時(shí)也存在相關(guān)細(xì)分主題研究結(jié)論差異明顯、研究的整合性和系統(tǒng)性較差、缺乏理論基礎(chǔ)和理論視角等問題。在未來的研究中,可從加強(qiáng)樣本選取范圍的廣泛性、加強(qiáng)各個(gè)細(xì)分主題間的整合和聯(lián)結(jié)、嘗試建立起女性創(chuàng)業(yè)研究的理論基礎(chǔ)和理論視角等途徑推動(dòng)女性創(chuàng)業(yè)研究的進(jìn)一步發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:With the increasing activity of female entrepreneurship and its positive effect on economic and social development, the research on female entrepreneurship is becoming more and more abundant and has gradually become a relatively independent theme. However, compared with other research topics in the field of entrepreneurship research, the research on female entrepreneurship is relatively scarce and lagging in both quantity and quality. Selected from authoritative journals at home and abroad, 67 articles of research on female entrepreneurship are selected, including entrepreneurial motivation, individual characteristics, family situation, social environment, venture capital, enterprise characteristics, leadership style, etc. Eight aspects, such as entrepreneurial performance, systematically combing out the main points of view or conclusions of these documents. The results show that the current research subdivision of female entrepreneurship is more comprehensive, involving all aspects of female entrepreneurship from "motivation" to "result", and forms a clear and complete research framework. But at the same time, there are obvious differences in the conclusions of related subdivision research, poor integration and systematization, lack of theoretical basis and theoretical perspective. In future research, we can strengthen the integration and connection among the various subdivision topics by enhancing the wide range of sample selection. Try to establish the theoretical basis and theoretical perspective of female entrepreneurship research to promote the further development of female entrepreneurship research.
