【摘要】:績(jī)效考核一直是企業(yè)管理領(lǐng)域的熱點(diǎn)問(wèn)題,近年來(lái),以項(xiàng)目為主導(dǎo)進(jìn)行企業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)活動(dòng)的企業(yè)數(shù)量在不斷增加,越來(lái)越多的學(xué)者也把關(guān)注點(diǎn)轉(zhuǎn)移到了項(xiàng)目型企業(yè)績(jī)效的研究上。G環(huán)保有限公司是一家以項(xiàng)目為導(dǎo)向開(kāi)展業(yè)務(wù)的中小型企業(yè),本文基于績(jī)效管理的理論為基礎(chǔ),通過(guò)研究G環(huán)保有限公司的基本情況、主要業(yè)務(wù)以及主要業(yè)務(wù)流程等,分析了公司的績(jī)效考核現(xiàn)狀,發(fā)現(xiàn)其績(jī)效考核存在的主要問(wèn)題,指出了存在問(wèn)題的主要原因,在此基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)G環(huán)保有限公司的績(jī)效考核體系進(jìn)行了重新設(shè)計(jì)。論文在設(shè)計(jì)G環(huán)保有限公司的績(jī)效考核體系時(shí),首先明確了該公司績(jī)效考核的對(duì)象,然后綜合運(yùn)用平衡計(jì)分卡和關(guān)鍵績(jī)效指標(biāo)法等工具,為該公司設(shè)置了一整套績(jī)效考核指標(biāo)體系,優(yōu)化了績(jī)效考核流程,為了使績(jī)效考核更加具有針對(duì)性和可行性,盡可能避免出現(xiàn)失誤或者錯(cuò)誤,本文提出了若干保障性措施來(lái)確?(jī)效考核方案能夠在G環(huán)保有限公司得到有效實(shí)施。其目的是為了使本文所設(shè)計(jì)的績(jī)效考核方案能夠順利實(shí)施并能夠?yàn)橄嗤蝾愃破髽I(yè)的績(jī)效考核提供借鑒。
[Abstract]:Performance appraisal has always been a hot issue in the field of enterprise management. In recent years, the number of enterprises with project-led business activities is increasing. More and more scholars have also shifted their attention to the research of the performance of project-based enterprises. G Environmental Protection Co., Ltd. is a small and medium-sized enterprise with project-oriented business. This paper is based on the theory of performance management. By studying the basic situation, main business and main business process of G Environmental Protection Co., Ltd., this paper analyzes the present situation of the performance appraisal of the company, finds out the main problems existing in the performance appraisal, and points out the main reasons for the problems. On this basis, the performance appraisal system of G Environmental Protection Co., Ltd. has been redesigned. When designing the performance appraisal system of G Environmental Protection Co., Ltd., the paper firstly defines the object of the performance appraisal of the company, and then synthetically uses the balanced scorecard and the key performance index method, etc. Set up a set of performance appraisal index system for the company, optimize the performance appraisal process, in order to make the performance appraisal more pertinence and feasibility, avoid mistakes or mistakes as far as possible. This paper puts forward some safeguard measures to ensure that the performance appraisal scheme can be effectively implemented in G Environmental Protection Co., Ltd. The purpose of this paper is to make the performance appraisal scheme implemented smoothly and to provide reference for the performance appraisal of the same or similar enterprises.
