【摘要】：質(zhì)量管理是企業(yè)管理的重要內(nèi)容,產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量是企業(yè)的生命,所以企業(yè)要想生存和發(fā)展,就必須提供滿足客戶需求的產(chǎn)品。實施有效的質(zhì)量管理,是確保實驗室管理水平的重要手段。質(zhì)量管理體系是企業(yè)內(nèi)部建立的、為保證產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量或質(zhì)量目標(biāo)所必需的、系統(tǒng)的質(zhì)量活動。實驗室是化工企業(yè)的質(zhì)量控制和保證部門,實驗室質(zhì)量管理體系是企業(yè)質(zhì)量管理體系的關(guān)鍵內(nèi)容。實驗室體系建設(shè)的好壞將直接影響管理體系的有效性,因此實施有效的實驗室質(zhì)量管理體系,可以確保體系的充分性、有效性和適宜性,是實現(xiàn)實驗室規(guī)范運作,生產(chǎn)高效運行,產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量穩(wěn)定的必備條件,同時質(zhì)量管理體系能夠幫助增強顧客滿意。本文在闡述質(zhì)量管理體系基本理論、方法和國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)上,以煤化工企業(yè)的實驗室質(zhì)量管理體系為具體研究對象,闡述了 AHHY實驗室質(zhì)量管理體系的現(xiàn)狀,分析了存在的問題以及問題的原因,提出了相應(yīng)改進方案,并對改進效果進行了評價,為同類企業(yè)的實驗室質(zhì)量管理體系提供借鑒與參考。
[Abstract]:Quality management is an important part of enterprise management, and product quality is the life of enterprise. Therefore, if an enterprise wants to survive and develop, it must provide products that meet the needs of customers. Effective quality management is an important means to ensure the level of laboratory management. Quality management system is established within the enterprise, to ensure the quality of products or quality goals, system quality activities. Laboratory is the quality control and guarantee department of chemical enterprise, and laboratory quality management system is the key content of enterprise quality management system. The construction of laboratory system will directly affect the effectiveness of the management system. Therefore, the implementation of an effective laboratory quality management system can ensure the adequacy, effectiveness and suitability of the system. Production efficient operation, product quality stability requirements, and quality management system can help enhance customer satisfaction. On the basis of expounding the basic theory, method and current research situation of the quality management system at home and abroad, taking the laboratory quality management system of the coal chemical industry enterprise as the concrete research object, this paper expounds the present situation of the quality management system of the AHY laboratory. This paper analyzes the existing problems and the causes of the problems, puts forward the corresponding improvement scheme, and evaluates the effect of the improvement so as to provide reference and reference for the laboratory quality management system of the similar enterprises.
