大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)價(jià)值選擇的變化及其引領(lǐng)研究

【摘要】:“大眾創(chuàng)業(yè)、萬(wàn)眾創(chuàng)新”政策措施出臺(tái)后,創(chuàng)業(yè)主體從精英小眾走向草根大眾,大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)也成為近年的社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)熱詞。年輕的大學(xué)生群體走向創(chuàng)業(yè)“新四軍”排頭的同時(shí),其在創(chuàng)業(yè)過(guò)程中做出的諸多選擇也受到了社會(huì)各界的諸多關(guān)注。對(duì)于創(chuàng)業(yè)目標(biāo)的選擇、創(chuàng)業(yè)形式的選擇、創(chuàng)業(yè)手段的選擇都從不同的側(cè)面反映了大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)的價(jià)值觀念。本文正是以大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)的價(jià)值選擇為切入點(diǎn),研究大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)問(wèn)題。本文對(duì)大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)的價(jià)值選擇問(wèn)題的研究,從創(chuàng)業(yè)價(jià)值選擇的基本理論內(nèi)涵入手,分析了價(jià)值、價(jià)值選擇、創(chuàng)業(yè)價(jià)值選擇的基本概念與屬性,理清了創(chuàng)業(yè)價(jià)值選擇的構(gòu)成要素與影響維度,首先為相關(guān)問(wèn)題的深入剖析做好了理論上的準(zhǔn)備。在對(duì)大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)的價(jià)值選擇變化的把握上,以2014—2016年三年以來(lái)的實(shí)證調(diào)研數(shù)據(jù)為基礎(chǔ),通過(guò)實(shí)地走訪紙質(zhì)問(wèn)卷施測(cè)與網(wǎng)絡(luò)問(wèn)卷施測(cè)的方式,主要針對(duì)當(dāng)年的高校應(yīng)屆畢業(yè)生以及畢業(yè)三年內(nèi)接觸過(guò)創(chuàng)業(yè)實(shí)踐的往屆畢業(yè)生兩個(gè)群體,三年共獲取有效樣本數(shù)據(jù)近12000個(gè),覆蓋全國(guó)七大經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)的多所典型高校。三年連續(xù)的數(shù)據(jù)反饋,無(wú)論在地域、學(xué)歷層次等橫向維度上,還是時(shí)間發(fā)展的縱向維度上,都為我們提供了相當(dāng)豐富的對(duì)比要素。使我們能夠在考量大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)價(jià)值選擇現(xiàn)狀的同時(shí),把握其創(chuàng)業(yè)價(jià)值選擇的客觀變化走向,進(jìn)而通過(guò)對(duì)問(wèn)卷中不同因素的控制,反映各要素之間相同或相異的聯(lián)系,抓住影響大學(xué)生在創(chuàng)業(yè)過(guò)程中價(jià)值選擇發(fā)生變化的重要成因。在掌握了客觀現(xiàn)狀、變化趨勢(shì)的基礎(chǔ)上,針對(duì)問(wèn)題的成因,探求大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)價(jià)值選擇的引領(lǐng)策略,輻射到國(guó)家、社會(huì)媒體、學(xué)校教育、家長(zhǎng)引導(dǎo)、學(xué)生自我教育多個(gè)維度,構(gòu)建起一種動(dòng)態(tài)層面引領(lǐng)機(jī)制。
[Abstract]:After the policy measures of "mass entrepreneurship, mass innovation" came out, the main body of entrepreneurship changed from elite minority to grassroots, and college students' entrepreneurship also became a hot word of social economy in recent years. As the young college students go to the head of the New fourth Army, many choices they make in the process of starting a business have also attracted much attention from all walks of life. For the choice of entrepreneurial goal, the choice of entrepreneurial form and the choice of entrepreneurial means, the choice of entrepreneurial means reflects the values of entrepreneurship of college students from different aspects. This paper is based on the value choice of college students' entrepreneurship, and studies the problem of college students' entrepreneurship. In this paper, the author analyzes the basic concepts and attributes of value, value selection and entrepreneurial value choice from the basic theoretical connotation of entrepreneurial value choice. It clarifies the constituent elements and influence dimensions of entrepreneurial value selection, and makes theoretical preparation for the in-depth analysis of related problems. On the basis of the empirical research data from 2014-2016, this paper makes a survey on the change of the value choice of college students' entrepreneurship by visiting the methods of paper questionnaire and online questionnaire on the spot. This paper mainly aims at the two groups of fresh graduates of colleges and universities and the former graduates who have come into contact with the practice of starting a business within three years after graduation. In three years, the valid sample data are nearly 12,000, covering many typical colleges and universities in the seven economic zones of the whole country. Three consecutive years of data feedback, whether in the horizontal dimension, education level, or in the vertical dimension of time development, all provide us with a fairly rich comparative elements. So that we can consider the status quo of entrepreneurial value choice of college students, grasp the objective change trend of entrepreneurial value choice of college students, and then reflect the same or different relationship between the different factors through the control of different factors in the questionnaire. Grasp the important causes that affect the value choice of college students in the process of entrepreneurship. On the basis of mastering the objective situation and changing trend, aiming at the causes of the problem, this paper explores the guiding strategy of the choice of entrepreneurial value for college students, which radiates into the country, social media, school education, parents' guidance, and students' self-education in many dimensions. Construct a kind of dynamic level leading mechanism.
