【摘要】:本文研究n維組件單一產(chǎn)品,有限庫存的ATO系統(tǒng)。通過建立馬爾可夫決策過程模型(MDP),構(gòu)造優(yōu)化算法,研究組件生產(chǎn)與庫存的最優(yōu)控制策略。最優(yōu)策路可以表示為狀態(tài)依賴型庫存閾值,系統(tǒng)內(nèi)任一組件的控制策略受其它組件庫存狀態(tài)的影響。利用最優(yōu)控制理論動(dòng)態(tài)規(guī)劃方法和數(shù)值計(jì)算方法對(duì)最優(yōu)控制策略的存在性、最優(yōu)值的數(shù)值計(jì)算進(jìn)行研究,建立更符合實(shí)際生產(chǎn)的ATO系統(tǒng)決策模型,進(jìn)行相應(yīng)的理論和實(shí)驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證,研究系統(tǒng)參數(shù)對(duì)最優(yōu)策略的影響。
[Abstract]:In this paper, we study the ATO system of n-dimensional component with single product and finite inventory. By establishing the Markov decision process model (MDP) and constructing the optimization algorithm, the optimal control strategy of component production and inventory is studied. The optimal strategy can be expressed as a state-dependent inventory threshold, and the control strategy of any component in the system is affected by the inventory state of other components. The existence of optimal control strategy and the numerical calculation of optimal value are studied by using the dynamic programming method and numerical calculation method of optimal control theory. The decision model of ATO system is established, and the corresponding theoretical and experimental results are verified. The influence of system parameters on optimal strategy is studied.
