【摘要】：隨著網絡技術的高速發(fā)展,互聯網企業(yè)如雨后春筍般涌現,相應的互聯網企業(yè)的投資、融資和并購等經濟行為不斷出現。因此,構建互聯網企業(yè)的價值評估體系是十分重要的。首先,本文通過系統(tǒng)分析互聯網企業(yè)的特征,利用平衡計分卡深入探討了互聯網企業(yè)的驅動因素,構建了互聯網企業(yè)的綜合價值評估指標體系。然后,利用突變級數法和實物期權法,綜合考慮財務和非財務指標,得出修正的BS實物期權模型,進而確定互聯網企業(yè)的價值。最后,通過對10家互聯網企業(yè)進行實證分析,得出企業(yè)的價值,結合企業(yè)目前的市價,從而確定具有發(fā)展?jié)摿Φ幕ヂ摼W企業(yè)。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of network technology, Internet enterprises are springing up, and the corresponding economic behaviors such as investment, financing and merger and acquisition are constantly emerging. Therefore, it is very important to construct the value evaluation system of Internet enterprises. First of all, this paper analyzes the characteristics of Internet enterprises, discusses the driving factors of Internet enterprises by using balanced Scorecard, and constructs the comprehensive value evaluation index system of Internet enterprises. Then, by using catastrophe series method and real option method, considering financial and non-financial indexes, the modified BS real option model is obtained, and then the value of Internet enterprise is determined. Finally, through the empirical analysis of 10 Internet enterprises, the value of the enterprises is obtained, combined with the current market price of the enterprises, so as to determine the Internet enterprises with development potential.
