【摘要】：隨著網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)的高速發(fā)展,互聯(lián)網(wǎng)企業(yè)如雨后春筍般涌現(xiàn),相應(yīng)的互聯(lián)網(wǎng)企業(yè)的投資、融資和并購(gòu)等經(jīng)濟(jì)行為不斷出現(xiàn)。因此,構(gòu)建互聯(lián)網(wǎng)企業(yè)的價(jià)值評(píng)估體系是十分重要的。首先,本文通過系統(tǒng)分析互聯(lián)網(wǎng)企業(yè)的特征,利用平衡計(jì)分卡深入探討了互聯(lián)網(wǎng)企業(yè)的驅(qū)動(dòng)因素,構(gòu)建了互聯(lián)網(wǎng)企業(yè)的綜合價(jià)值評(píng)估指標(biāo)體系。然后,利用突變級(jí)數(shù)法和實(shí)物期權(quán)法,綜合考慮財(cái)務(wù)和非財(cái)務(wù)指標(biāo),得出修正的BS實(shí)物期權(quán)模型,進(jìn)而確定互聯(lián)網(wǎng)企業(yè)的價(jià)值。最后,通過對(duì)10家互聯(lián)網(wǎng)企業(yè)進(jìn)行實(shí)證分析,得出企業(yè)的價(jià)值,結(jié)合企業(yè)目前的市價(jià),從而確定具有發(fā)展?jié)摿Φ幕ヂ?lián)網(wǎng)企業(yè)。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of network technology, Internet enterprises are springing up, and the corresponding economic behaviors such as investment, financing and merger and acquisition are constantly emerging. Therefore, it is very important to construct the value evaluation system of Internet enterprises. First of all, this paper analyzes the characteristics of Internet enterprises, discusses the driving factors of Internet enterprises by using balanced Scorecard, and constructs the comprehensive value evaluation index system of Internet enterprises. Then, by using catastrophe series method and real option method, considering financial and non-financial indexes, the modified BS real option model is obtained, and then the value of Internet enterprise is determined. Finally, through the empirical analysis of 10 Internet enterprises, the value of the enterprises is obtained, combined with the current market price of the enterprises, so as to determine the Internet enterprises with development potential.
