【摘要】：本文使用工業(yè)企業(yè)數(shù)據(jù)庫,利用實(shí)際利潤法和過度借貸法識別了僵尸企業(yè),發(fā)現(xiàn)重化工行業(yè)和勞動密集行業(yè)、西部地區(qū)和能源大省的僵尸企業(yè)比例較高,并且僵尸企業(yè)比例與國有企業(yè)比例高度正相關(guān)。本文還基于新結(jié)構(gòu)經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)視角分析了僵尸企業(yè)形成的深層次原因,發(fā)現(xiàn)要素稟賦比較優(yōu)勢和技術(shù)比較優(yōu)勢可以解釋僵尸企業(yè)的出現(xiàn),因?yàn)椴环媳容^優(yōu)勢的企業(yè)生產(chǎn)效率低、盈利能力差,最終只能通過政府補(bǔ)貼、稅收優(yōu)惠和銀行貸款維持生存,更容易成為僵尸企業(yè)。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the industrial enterprise database, the actual profit method and excessive borrowing method are used to identify the zombie enterprises. It is found that the proportion of zombie enterprises in heavy chemical industry and labor intensive industry, western region and energy province is high. And the proportion of zombie enterprises and the proportion of state-owned enterprises is highly positive correlation. Based on the new structural economics perspective, this paper also analyzes the deep-seated reasons for the formation of zombie enterprises, and finds that factor endowment comparative advantage and technological comparative advantage can explain the emergence of zombie enterprises, because the enterprises that do not accord with comparative advantage have low production efficiency. Poor profitability, ultimately only through government subsidies, tax incentives and bank loans to survive, more likely to become zombie enterprises.
