B公司員工績效管理方案優(yōu)化設計研究

【摘要】:隨著我國城鎮(zhèn)化速度日益加快,機械制造業(yè)也得到迅速發(fā)展。但企業(yè)利潤大幅增長同時,相對應的管理模式卻一直處于滯后階段。在這種情況下,企業(yè)如何擺脫原有的粗放管理模式成為亟待解決的問題,尤其是如何利用有效的績效管理來提升企業(yè)的綜合競爭能力成為眾多行業(yè)內企業(yè)不得不面臨的一項主要工作。目前,績效管理概念已經被很多機械制造行業(yè)的企業(yè)已經引入,但是在實際操作中仍然存較多問題,整體績效管理水平依然偏低,依舊很難滿足企業(yè)發(fā)展需要。在這種前提下,就需要機械行業(yè)內企業(yè)不斷調整績效管理方向,認真研究真正有效的管理方式,構建適合與本企業(yè)的績效管理體系,為企業(yè)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展打下堅實的基礎。目前,績效管理概念已經被很多機械制造行業(yè)的企業(yè)已經引入,但是在實際操作中仍然存較多問題,整體績效管理水平依然偏低,依舊很難滿足企業(yè)發(fā)展需要。在這種前提下,就需要機械行業(yè)內企業(yè)不斷調整績效管理方向,認真研究真正有效的管理方式,構建適合與本企業(yè)的績效管理體系,為企業(yè)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展打下堅實的基礎。本文以B公司為研究對象,在深入闡述績效管理相關概念和定義的基礎上,總結出績效的主要分類、主要特點以及績效管理與績效考核的關系。然后通過對B公司員工績效管理現(xiàn)狀的調查,進一步找出B公司在績效管理表現(xiàn)方面的問題和不足,主要體現(xiàn)在目標體現(xiàn)科學性較為欠缺、績效管理工作的反饋和溝通不足、績效管理未起到應有的激勵效應、績效考核指標的制定對其科學性重視程度不足、績效考核方法沒有能夠起到預期的效果等五方面,并對分析存在問題和不足的主要成因。最終提出B公司績效管理的優(yōu)化方案和保障措施。通過一段時間的績效管理方案實施,使考核結果更充分地被利用,提高了員工的滿意度,使員工的工作目標與企業(yè)的發(fā)展目標相融合,最終提升了企業(yè)的綜合競爭能力,在激烈的市場競爭中搶占更多的市場份額。
[Abstract]:With the increasing speed of urbanization in China, the machinery manufacturing industry has also developed rapidly. However, the corresponding management mode has been lagging behind in the rapid growth of enterprise profits. In this case, how to get rid of the original management model has become an urgent problem, especially how to use effective performance management. To improve the comprehensive competitiveness of enterprises has become a major task for enterprises in many industries. At present, the concept of performance management has been introduced by many enterprises in the machinery manufacturing industry. However, there are still many problems in the actual operation, and the overall performance management is still low, and it is still difficult to meet the needs of the enterprise development. Under this premise, it is necessary for enterprises in the machinery industry to constantly adjust the direction of performance management, to carefully study the real and effective management methods, to build a performance management system suitable for the enterprise, and to lay a solid foundation for the sustainable development of the enterprises. At present, the concept of performance management has already been introduced by many enterprises in the machinery manufacturing industry. In the actual operation, there are still many problems, the overall performance management level is still low, and it is still difficult to meet the needs of the enterprise development. Under this premise, it is necessary for the enterprises in the machinery industry to constantly adjust the direction of performance management, to carefully study the real and effective management methods, to build a performance management system suitable for the enterprise, for the enterprise Based on the in-depth exposition of the related concepts and definitions of performance management, the main classification, main characteristics and the relationship between performance management and performance assessment are summarized on the basis of the in-depth exposition of the related concepts and definitions of performance management in this paper. Then, the performance management and performance assessment of the B company are then investigated to further identify the performance of the B company in the performance of the company. The problems and shortcomings of the performance management are mainly reflected in the lack of scientific nature, the lack of feedback and communication in performance management, the lack of incentive effect in performance management, the lack of scientific attention in the formulation of performance assessment indicators, and the lack of expected results in the performance examination method. And the main causes of the problems and shortcomings are analyzed. Finally, the optimization scheme and safeguard measures of B company performance management are put forward. Through a period of performance management scheme, the results are fully utilized, the employee satisfaction is improved, the employees' work goals are integrated with the development goals of the enterprise, and finally the enterprise has been promoted. The industry's comprehensive competitiveness will occupy more market share in the fierce market competition.
