【摘要】：利用270份科技型企業(yè)問卷,檢驗專才與通才、交互記憶系統(tǒng)與雙元創(chuàng)新的關(guān)系。結(jié)果表明:專才對利用性創(chuàng)新、通才對探索性創(chuàng)新影響顯著;交互記憶系統(tǒng)在人力資本影響雙元創(chuàng)新過程中有部分中介作用,"專長性"只有與"可信性""協(xié)調(diào)性"結(jié)合才能更好發(fā)揮作用,專才在交互記憶系統(tǒng)形成過程中作用更強。
[Abstract]:The relationship between professionals and generalists, interactive memory system and duality innovation was examined by 270 questionnaires of science and technology enterprises. The results show that professionals have a significant impact on utilitarian innovation and generalists on exploratory innovation; Interactive memory system plays a part of intermediary role in the process of human capital's influence on duality innovation. Only when "specialty" is combined with "credibility" and "coordination" can it play a better role, and professionals play a more important role in the forming process of interactive memory system.
