【摘要】:隨著互聯(lián)網(wǎng)和電子商務(wù)行業(yè)的快速發(fā)展,百貨零售企業(yè)以員工的銷售業(yè)績作為主要支撐點的發(fā)展路徑面臨著巨大的挑戰(zhàn)。由于百貨零售行業(yè)具有用工需求大和勞動密集型等特點,大量的工作都是由員工完成,而百貨零售業(yè)的員工普遍具有文化程度不高、年齡層次不齊和工作長期性不高等特點,如果員工的流動性太高,不僅影響了企業(yè)發(fā)展的穩(wěn)定性,而且增加了企業(yè)經(jīng)營運行的成本。在目前以銷售業(yè)績?yōu)楹诵牡慕?jīng)營模式下,科學(xué)有效的人力資源管理對百貨零售企業(yè)顯得尤為重要。因此,研究百貨零售業(yè)員工的流失問題,對提高企業(yè)競爭力和降低運行成本具有重要意義。銀川新華百貨老大樓股份有限公司(以下簡稱為XL百貨公司)成立于1965年,是寧夏回族自治區(qū)成立后建造的第一家百貨大樓,現(xiàn)有職工共計795人,注冊資本397萬元,是銀川市百貨種類齊全,管理較規(guī)范的商場,在市民群眾中享有較高的聲譽。近幾年,隨著網(wǎng)絡(luò)購物發(fā)展和同類行業(yè)的競爭,員工的流失率呈現(xiàn)逐年增高的趨勢。本文通過對XL百貨公司員工流失問題進行了深入的分析和研究,通過問卷調(diào)查、歸納法和文獻(xiàn)研究等方法,從XL百貨公司企業(yè)薪酬福利制度、文化和團隊建設(shè)、培訓(xùn)機制等多方面進行具體分析,找出人員流失問題的主要原因,并結(jié)合寧夏百貨行業(yè)的實際情況提出了改善員工工作環(huán)境、創(chuàng)新培訓(xùn)方式和加強企業(yè)文化建設(shè)等意見,進一步強化企業(yè)人力資源管理,切實提高企業(yè)的競爭力。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of the Internet and e-commerce industry, the development path of department store retail enterprises, which is mainly supported by the sales performance of their employees, is facing a great challenge. Due to the characteristics of the department store retail industry, such as large demand for employment and labor-intensive, a large number of jobs are performed by the staff. The staff of the department store retail industry are generally characterized by a low education level, uneven age levels and low long-term work. If the employee mobility is too high, it will not only affect the stability of the enterprise development, but also increase the operating cost of the enterprise. In the current business model with sales performance as the core, scientific and effective human resource management is particularly important for department stores. Therefore, it is of great significance to study the problem of staff loss in department stores to improve the competitiveness of enterprises and reduce operating costs. Yinchuan Xinhua Department Store and Old Building Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as XL Department Store) was founded in 1965. It is the first department store to be built after the establishment of Ningxia Hui Autonomous region, with a total of 795 employees and a registered capital of 3.97 million yuan. Yinchuan is a complete range of department stores, more standardized management of the mall, the public enjoy a high reputation. In recent years, with the development of online shopping and the competition of similar industries, the turnover rate of employees is increasing year by year. Through the in-depth analysis and research on the problem of staff turnover in XL department store, through the methods of questionnaire, induction and literature research, this paper analyzes the compensation and welfare system, culture and team building in XL department store. The training mechanism and other aspects are analyzed in detail to find out the main reasons for the problem of staff turnover, and suggestions are put forward to improve the working environment of employees, innovate training methods and strengthen the construction of corporate culture in the light of the actual situation of the department store industry in Ningxia. Further strengthen the management of enterprise human resources, improve the competitiveness of enterprises.
