多品種小批量背景下的L公司供應(yīng)鏈優(yōu)化研究

【摘要】:當(dāng)前中國(guó)的制造產(chǎn)業(yè)在進(jìn)行新一輪的升級(jí)轉(zhuǎn)型,在這個(gè)重要階段中同時(shí)面臨經(jīng)濟(jì)下行的環(huán)境,原料成本上漲、用工成本逐年升高且競(jìng)爭(zhēng)日趨激烈等都是企業(yè)供應(yīng)鏈管理面臨的急需迫切解決的問(wèn)題。對(duì)于加工制造型企業(yè)來(lái)說(shuō),優(yōu)化供應(yīng)鏈?zhǔn)强s短交期,對(duì)抗成本上漲的一條可走之路。通過(guò)對(duì)供應(yīng)鏈運(yùn)行過(guò)程進(jìn)行分析,提出切實(shí)可行的優(yōu)化策略,可以找到公司可持續(xù)發(fā)展的途徑,實(shí)現(xiàn)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的提升和價(jià)值體現(xiàn)。通過(guò)優(yōu)化,(1)有利于明確戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)和長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)健康的發(fā)展方向,重視長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)發(fā)展,做到持續(xù)成長(zhǎng);(2)是能夠打破制約企業(yè)發(fā)展的瓶頸,制定并施行有效的措施方案,強(qiáng)化競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì);(3)有利于提高自身的長(zhǎng)期獲利能力,獲得更高的利潤(rùn)。本文以L公司為研究背景,對(duì)L公司供應(yīng)鏈各環(huán)節(jié)進(jìn)行梳理和分析,將其中的問(wèn)題作為研究對(duì)象,通過(guò)數(shù)據(jù)分析法和階段分析法,將L公司供應(yīng)鏈運(yùn)行過(guò)程中的低效率、高成本等問(wèn)題進(jìn)行分析,同時(shí)結(jié)合多品種小批量生產(chǎn)方式相關(guān)理論有針對(duì)性的制定措施并應(yīng)用于實(shí)際生產(chǎn)管理中,通過(guò)理論指導(dǎo)實(shí)際,通過(guò)實(shí)際調(diào)整理論,以解決L公司當(dāng)前存在的問(wèn)題,達(dá)到運(yùn)營(yíng)模式優(yōu)化的目的。L公司是典型的提供客制化服務(wù)的企業(yè),與國(guó)外企業(yè)相比具有個(gè)性特征,與國(guó)內(nèi)同類(lèi)制造型企業(yè)相比產(chǎn)品具有特殊性,供應(yīng)鏈更加復(fù)雜;诖祟(lèi)供應(yīng)鏈,本文創(chuàng)新提出產(chǎn)品標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化、雙MPS運(yùn)行、基于模塊化BOM的部件預(yù)測(cè)方式和部分流程再造等創(chuàng)新思路,將中外研究理論進(jìn)行融合分化,產(chǎn)生了全新的效用,L公司供應(yīng)鏈運(yùn)行效用有了較大提升。
[Abstract]:At present, China's manufacturing industry is undergoing a new round of upgrading and transformation. At the same time, at this important stage, it is facing a downward economic environment, and the cost of raw materials is rising. It is urgent to solve the problem of enterprise supply chain management that the labor cost is increasing year by year and the competition is becoming more and more fierce. For manufacturing enterprises, optimizing supply chain is a way to shorten delivery period and counter rising cost. By analyzing the operation process of supply chain and putting forward the feasible optimization strategy, we can find the way of sustainable development of the company, and realize the promotion of core competence and the embodiment of value. It is helpful to make clear the strategic goal and the long-term healthy development direction, attach importance to the long-term development, and achieve sustainable growth by optimizing the development of enterprises. It is possible to break the bottleneck of restricting the development of enterprises, and formulate and implement effective measures. Strengthening the competitive advantage is conducive to improve their long-term profitability and gain higher profits. Taking L Company as the research background, this paper combs and analyzes every link of the supply chain of L Company, takes the problems as the research object, through the data analysis method and the stage analysis method, puts the low efficiency in the running process of the supply chain of the L Company. At the same time, combining with the relevant theories of multi-variety and small-batch production mode, the relevant measures are formulated and applied to the actual production management. Through the theory to guide the practice, through the actual adjustment of the theory, In order to solve the existing problems of L Company, to achieve the purpose of optimizing the operation mode, L Company is a typical enterprise that provides customer-made service. Compared with foreign enterprises, the company has its own characteristics, and the products have particularity compared with the domestic similar manufacturing enterprises. The supply chain is more complex. Based on this kind of supply chain, this paper proposes some innovative ideas such as product standardization, double MPS operation, component prediction based on modular BOM and partial process reengineering. The operation utility of supply chain has been greatly improved.
