【摘要】：將企業(yè)內(nèi)部的信息化數(shù)據(jù)進行整合與統(tǒng)一管理,對于企業(yè)的生產(chǎn)、經(jīng)營、管理、決策和發(fā)展是至關(guān)重要的。為了解決企業(yè)業(yè)務(wù)種類繁多而帶來管理的復(fù)雜性、事務(wù)處理的滯后性,本論文將根據(jù)信息化數(shù)據(jù)整合與管理的基本思想,針對一個具體企業(yè)對外付款業(yè)務(wù)的實際需求,設(shè)計實現(xiàn)了一種企業(yè)對外付款系統(tǒng),提高了管理的效率和工作的準(zhǔn)確性。本文的主要工作如下:(1)針對公司對外付款環(huán)節(jié),由于目前的人工紙質(zhì)工作模式帶來審批效率低,出錯率高,統(tǒng)計報表不便的問題,本文設(shè)計了一種基于B/S架構(gòu)的企業(yè)對外付款系統(tǒng),通過該系統(tǒng)可以提高審批效率,降低出錯率,提高報表統(tǒng)計的時效性;(2)針對公司領(lǐng)導(dǎo)業(yè)務(wù)繁忙,導(dǎo)致付款審批單得不到及時審批的情況,本文提出開發(fā)手機端微信企業(yè)服務(wù)號模塊與對外付款系統(tǒng)相結(jié)合,即使企業(yè)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)與業(yè)務(wù)員不在同一個地點辦公,也會以消息提醒的方式將審批數(shù)據(jù)發(fā)送到審批人手機中,可以在手機端實現(xiàn)移動辦公和審批工作;(3)針對該軟件系統(tǒng)既側(cè)重審批工作流又側(cè)重數(shù)據(jù)流的特點,本文采用了Windows Workflow Foundation,設(shè)計了基于此技術(shù)的Payment Workflow模塊;結(jié)合Web Service技術(shù),既可以根據(jù)實際需求修改審批工作流程,又可以實現(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)流的傳輸,從而達到信息化數(shù)據(jù)整合的目的;(4)針對公司內(nèi)部自主研發(fā)的多個系統(tǒng)間由于審批工作流的制約導(dǎo)致數(shù)據(jù)無法共通的問題,本文在基于工作流內(nèi)部模塊的基礎(chǔ)上,設(shè)計了一種基于工作流技術(shù)的內(nèi)部再構(gòu)造設(shè)計方案,解決了企業(yè)內(nèi)部不同系統(tǒng)間審批工作流程的制約問題,實現(xiàn)了數(shù)據(jù)的共享與整合;綜上所述,本文所提出的對外付款系統(tǒng)基于信息化數(shù)據(jù)整合管理的思想,可以有效地解決該企業(yè)的付款業(yè)務(wù)及付款審批問題,對于提高工作效率和管理水平具有實際價值;
[Abstract]:The integration and unified management of the information data in the enterprise is very important for the production, management, decision making and development of the enterprise. In order to solve the complexity of management and the lag of transaction processing, according to the basic idea of information data integration and management, this paper aims at the actual demand of a specific enterprise's external payment business. An external payment system is designed and implemented, which improves the efficiency of management and the accuracy of work. The main work of this paper is as follows: (1) in view of the external payment link of the company, due to the low efficiency of approval, the high error rate and the inconvenience of statistical statements, due to the current manual paper working mode, This paper designs an external payment system based on B / S architecture, which can improve the efficiency of examination and approval, reduce the error rate, improve the timeliness of reporting statistics. This paper proposes to develop the mobile phone WeChat enterprise service number module and the external payment system, even if the business leaders and salesmen are not in the same location. The approval data will also be sent to the approver's mobile phone in the form of message reminders. Mobile office and approval work can be implemented on the mobile phone side.) in view of the characteristics of the software system, both the approval workflow and the data flow will be emphasized. In this paper, Windows Workflow Foundation, is used to design Payment Workflow module based on this technology, combining with Web Service technology, the approval workflow can be modified according to the actual demand, and the data stream can be transmitted. In order to achieve the aim of information data integration, this paper aims at the problem that the data can not be shared among many systems independently developed within the company due to the restriction of approval workflow. This paper is based on the internal module of workflow. In this paper, a design scheme of internal reconstruction based on workflow technology is designed, which solves the restriction problem of approval workflow among different systems in enterprises, and realizes the sharing and integration of data. The external payment system proposed in this paper is based on the idea of information data integration and management, which can effectively solve the payment business and payment approval problems of the enterprise, and has practical value for improving the working efficiency and management level.
