基于實驗設(shè)計方法在改進(jìn)D公司產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量中的研究

【摘要】:信息化和網(wǎng)絡(luò)時代的到來,使得客戶對產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量的滿意逐漸成為企業(yè)在日益激烈的競爭中獲得優(yōu)勢的最根本的最核心的保障,只有企業(yè)持續(xù)滿足客戶的質(zhì)量需求才能真正贏得源源不斷的客戶。持續(xù)改善產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量贏得客戶是伴隨著質(zhì)量管理理論不斷發(fā)展而獲得的共識,實驗設(shè)計方法是一種在最短的時間和最小的成本下找到企業(yè)關(guān)鍵的真正核心的質(zhì)量問題根源并且快速對其進(jìn)行改善的質(zhì)量工具,掌握這種質(zhì)量改善的方法對于所有企業(yè)來說都是非常重要的。本文研究的主要內(nèi)容是首先通過對所研究的企業(yè)的內(nèi)部關(guān)鍵質(zhì)量指標(biāo)和各個工序過程能力以及企業(yè)的外部關(guān)鍵質(zhì)量指標(biāo)進(jìn)行分析,確定了關(guān)鍵質(zhì)量問題是外部顧客投訴,將其作為質(zhì)量改善的目標(biāo);然后通過相關(guān)性分析將外部質(zhì)量指標(biāo)與企業(yè)日常監(jiān)控的內(nèi)部質(zhì)量指標(biāo)進(jìn)行關(guān)聯(lián),將不容易直接監(jiān)控的外部質(zhì)量指標(biāo)轉(zhuǎn)化為易于監(jiān)控的內(nèi)部質(zhì)量指標(biāo)作為實驗設(shè)計的響應(yīng)變量。接著通過頭腦風(fēng)暴法、魚骨圖法等方法進(jìn)行關(guān)鍵要素的分析,運用失效模式和影響分析對關(guān)鍵的要素進(jìn)行篩選,選擇合適的因子和水平進(jìn)行部分析因的實驗設(shè)計方案;然后實施實驗設(shè)計方案,分析試驗結(jié)果,擬合并且優(yōu)化響應(yīng)變量與所選因子的數(shù)學(xué)模型,得出初步的結(jié)論。最后根據(jù)本次實驗設(shè)計結(jié)果的分析確定下一次實驗設(shè)計需要避免的問題和重點的研究方向,從而為進(jìn)一步改善產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量提供基礎(chǔ)的研究數(shù)據(jù)和分析方法。本文的研究創(chuàng)新和理論現(xiàn)實意義體現(xiàn)在下面幾個方面。本文的研究是D公司在改善質(zhì)量中首次引入的實驗設(shè)計的分析方法。通過本文的研究,在D公司內(nèi)首次將實驗設(shè)計方法和六西格瑪質(zhì)量分析軟件--Minitab分析軟件運用于實際生產(chǎn)過程中的產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量改善,雖然沒有能在有限的實驗次數(shù)內(nèi)找全所有的顯著因子和找到最佳參數(shù),但是通過本次實驗設(shè)計發(fā)現(xiàn)了其中存在的一些的問題點和找到了優(yōu)化設(shè)計的思路,并且獲得了非常多的有參考意義的數(shù)據(jù),指明了下一步的實驗設(shè)計優(yōu)化的方向,打下了 D公司在后續(xù)的實驗設(shè)計方案打下了堅實的基礎(chǔ)。此外,非常關(guān)鍵的是通過這次的研究和六西格瑪質(zhì)量分析軟件--Minitab軟件的推廣使用使得實驗設(shè)計的思想和方法在D公司內(nèi)得到了普及并且獲得了廣泛的認(rèn)可,邁出了在D公司所屬R集團(tuán)范圍內(nèi)推廣普及實驗設(shè)計方法非常關(guān)鍵的一步。并且隨著學(xué)習(xí)的積累和經(jīng)驗的增加,使用實驗設(shè)計方法改善D公司產(chǎn)品外部質(zhì)量指標(biāo)達(dá)到管理層期望的目標(biāo)一定能獲得成功。此外,本文中使用FMEA在眾多的關(guān)鍵因子中篩選部分的因子作為優(yōu)先部分析因設(shè)計的方法,也為廣大質(zhì)量工作者在實驗設(shè)計運用中提供新的思路。
[Abstract]:With the advent of information technology and network era, customer satisfaction with product quality has gradually become the most fundamental and core guarantee for enterprises to gain advantages in the increasingly fierce competition. Only if the enterprise continues to meet the quality needs of customers can it really win a continuous stream of customers. Continuous improvement of product quality to win customers is with the continuous development of quality management theory and the consensus, Experimental design method is a quality tool to find the root of the key core quality problem in the shortest time and minimum cost and to improve it quickly. It is very important for all enterprises to master this method of quality improvement. The main content of this paper is to analyze the internal key quality index, the process capability of each process and the external key quality index of the enterprise, and determine that the key quality problem is an external customer complaint. It is regarded as the goal of quality improvement, and then the external quality index is associated with the internal quality index of daily monitoring through the correlation analysis. The external quality index which is not easy to monitor directly is transformed into the internal quality index which is easy to monitor as the response variable of the experiment design. Then the key elements are analyzed by brainstorming method and fish bone map method. The key elements are screened by failure mode and influence analysis, and the appropriate factors and levels are selected to carry out the experimental design scheme of partial factor analysis. Then the experimental design scheme is implemented, the experimental results are analyzed, the mathematical models of response variables and selected factors are fitted and optimized, and a preliminary conclusion is drawn. Finally, according to the analysis of the results of this experiment, the problems and the research direction of the next experiment design should be avoided, so as to provide the basic research data and analysis methods for further improving the product quality. The research innovation and theoretical and practical significance of this paper are reflected in the following aspects. The research in this paper is an analytical method of experimental design introduced by D Company in improving quality for the first time. Through the research of this paper, the experimental design method and six Sigma quality analysis software-Minitab analysis software are first used in D Company to improve the product quality in the actual production process. Although not able to find all the significant factors and find the best parameters in the limited number of experiments, but through this experimental design found some of the problems and found the idea of optimal design. And obtained a lot of reference data, pointed out the next step of the direction of experimental design optimization, laid a solid foundation for D company in the subsequent experimental design. In addition, it is crucial that through this study and the promotion and use of the six Sigma quality analysis software Minitab, the ideas and methods of experimental design have gained popularity and wide acceptance within company D. This is a crucial step in popularizing popular experimental design methods within the R Group of D Company. And with the accumulation of learning and the increase of experience, using the experimental design method to improve the external quality of company D products to achieve the goal expected by the management will be successful. In addition, in this paper, FMEA is used to select the factors from many key factors as the priority part of the method of factor analysis, which also provides a new way for the quality workers in the application of experimental design.
