【摘要】：最優(yōu)金融結(jié)構(gòu)理論基于經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展不同階段要素稟賦結(jié)構(gòu)差異內(nèi)生出的金融需求不同之分析框架,緩和了長(zhǎng)期以來"金融結(jié)構(gòu)與技術(shù)創(chuàng)新之關(guān)系"的爭(zhēng)論,但對(duì)同一發(fā)展階段不同國(guó)家金融結(jié)構(gòu)出現(xiàn)差異的原因的解釋力略顯不足。本文基于主流文獻(xiàn)梳理基礎(chǔ)上的理論解構(gòu)以及經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的實(shí)踐導(dǎo)向,以不同類型和性質(zhì)的技術(shù)創(chuàng)新對(duì)金融需求的差異為切入點(diǎn),從橫向維度和微觀角度對(duì)金融結(jié)構(gòu)之于技術(shù)創(chuàng)新的關(guān)系作出嘗試性探討。本文認(rèn)為,不同國(guó)家發(fā)展模式和產(chǎn)業(yè)技術(shù)的類型特征決定了對(duì)金融結(jié)構(gòu)的需求差異。原創(chuàng)性技術(shù)創(chuàng)新及關(guān)聯(lián)產(chǎn)業(yè)和寄生性技術(shù)創(chuàng)新及關(guān)聯(lián)產(chǎn)業(yè)對(duì)金融結(jié)構(gòu)的偏好和需求差異值得重視。不同金融結(jié)構(gòu)均可以有效促進(jìn)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新。銀行和資本市場(chǎng)重在各盡其職,履行各自分工職能和提供專業(yè)化金融服務(wù),匹配不同性質(zhì)和類型的技術(shù)創(chuàng)新,以最大化金融體系的效率。中小高新技術(shù)企業(yè)不同成長(zhǎng)階段的金融需求也有所不同,尤其在種子期和初創(chuàng)期需要政府資本的扶持和引導(dǎo)以克服市場(chǎng)失靈。
[Abstract]:The theory of optimal financial structure is based on the different analysis framework of financial demand arising from the difference of factor endowment structure in different stages of economic development, which alleviates the long-held debate on "the relationship between financial structure and technological innovation". However, the explanation of the differences in financial structure in different countries at the same stage is somewhat insufficient. Based on the theoretical deconstruction of mainstream literature and the practical orientation of economic development, this paper focuses on the difference of financial demand from different types and nature of technological innovation. This paper tries to discuss the relationship between financial structure and technological innovation from the perspective of horizontal dimension and microcosmic. This paper argues that the development patterns and the type of industrial technology of different countries determine the difference of demand for financial structure. The differences of original technological innovation, related industry and parasitic technology innovation and the preference and demand of related industry to financial structure should be paid more attention to. Different financial structures can effectively promote technological innovation. Banks and capital markets focus on doing their jobs, performing their respective functions of division of labor and providing specialized financial services, matching different nature and types of technological innovation to maximize the efficiency of the financial system. The financial needs of small and medium-sized high-tech enterprises are different in different growth stages, especially in the seed period and the initial stage, which need the support and guidance of the government capital to overcome the market failure.
