銀行業(yè)企業(yè)社會責任與競爭力的關(guān)系研究

【摘要】:隨著經(jīng)濟全球化的發(fā)展,在資源日漸緊缺和環(huán)境破壞嚴重的背景下,銀行間的競爭不再僅僅局限于產(chǎn)品和服務(wù)的競爭。經(jīng)營風險防范、綠色信貸、人性化管理、慈善與扶貧等社會責任履責狀況越來越受到企業(yè)各利益相關(guān)者的關(guān)注。企業(yè)社會責任已成為銀行業(yè)創(chuàng)新發(fā)展,獲取競爭優(yōu)勢的戰(zhàn)略工具。我國企業(yè)社會責任發(fā)展較晚,從提出到備受重視經(jīng)歷了曲折的發(fā)展過程。由于對社會責任缺乏深入了解,我國銀行業(yè)社會責任履責意識薄弱,對企業(yè)社會責任與競爭力的關(guān)系缺乏清晰的認知。因此,對銀行業(yè)企業(yè)社會責任與競爭力的關(guān)系進行深入研究,以指導銀行企業(yè)積極履行社會責任具有非常重要的意義。本文將銀行業(yè)作為研究對象,在梳理企業(yè)社會責任相關(guān)文獻的基礎(chǔ)上,首先界定了銀行業(yè)企業(yè)社會責任與銀行業(yè)競爭力的概念,并對二者的關(guān)系進行了定性分析,提出了相關(guān)假設(shè)。接著對銀行業(yè)社會責任從股東責任、供應(yīng)商責任、政府責任、員工責任、客戶責任五個主要的利益相關(guān)者責任出發(fā),銀行業(yè)競爭力分為現(xiàn)實競爭力和潛在競爭力兩部分,選取上市銀行作為研究對象進行了實證研究。結(jié)果顯示,銀行業(yè)企業(yè)社會責任與現(xiàn)實競爭力正相關(guān),與潛在競爭力也正向相關(guān),得出結(jié)論,銀行業(yè)社會責任與競爭力正相關(guān)。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),各個利益相關(guān)者對競爭力的影響程度存在著差異,股東責任對競爭力的提升發(fā)揮著較大的影響,其他的利益相關(guān)者同樣不能忽視。根據(jù)研究結(jié)論,本文提出了企業(yè)社會責任視角下銀行競爭力提升的對策建議:構(gòu)建與利益相關(guān)者的互動機制,創(chuàng)建社會責任管理體系,完善社會責任管理制度,將社會責任理念融入企業(yè)文化,法律制度的保障。
[Abstract]:With the development of economic globalization, the competition among banks is no longer confined to the competition of products and services under the background of increasingly scarce resources and serious environmental damage. Management risk prevention, green credit, humanized management, charity and poverty alleviation are more and more concerned by all stakeholders. Corporate social responsibility (CSR) has become a strategic tool for the innovation and development of banking industry. The development of corporate social responsibility in China is relatively late, and has experienced a tortuous development process from putting forward to being attached great importance to. Due to the lack of a deep understanding of social responsibility, China's banking social responsibility awareness is weak, lack of clear understanding of the relationship between corporate social responsibility and competitiveness. Therefore, it is of great significance to study the relationship between corporate social responsibility and competitiveness of banking industry in order to guide banks to fulfill their social responsibility actively. This article regards banking as the research object, on the basis of combing the related literature of corporate social responsibility, firstly defines the concept of banking enterprise social responsibility and banking competitiveness, and carries on the qualitative analysis to the two relations. Some hypotheses are put forward. Then, from the five main stakeholders' responsibilities of shareholder responsibility, supplier responsibility, government responsibility, employee responsibility and customer responsibility, the competitiveness of banking industry is divided into two parts: realistic competitiveness and potential competitiveness. Selected listed banks as the research object of empirical research. The results show that the social responsibility of the banking industry is positively related to the real competitiveness and the potential competitiveness. The conclusion is that the social responsibility of the banking industry is positively related to the competitiveness. It is found that there are differences in the degree of influence of different stakeholders on competitiveness, shareholder responsibility plays a greater role in the promotion of competitiveness, and other stakeholders can not ignore it. According to the conclusion of the study, this paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to enhance the competitiveness of banks from the perspective of corporate social responsibility: to build an interactive mechanism with stakeholders, to establish a management system of social responsibility, and to perfect the management system of social responsibility. The concept of social responsibility into the corporate culture, the protection of the legal system.
