【摘要】:目前發(fā)展過程中,文化已經(jīng)發(fā)展成企業(yè)創(chuàng)造力和凝聚力的源泉,是企業(yè)核心競爭力和綜合實力的關(guān)鍵要素!耙匀藶楸镜钠髽I(yè)文化”是一個以人為中心要素的完善文化系統(tǒng),是企業(yè)持續(xù)發(fā)展、協(xié)調(diào)、和諧、穩(wěn)定的文化環(huán)境,在企業(yè)發(fā)展過程中是關(guān)鍵的軟實力要素,也是企業(yè)發(fā)展創(chuàng)新的源泉和動力。以科學(xué)發(fā)展觀為指導(dǎo),構(gòu)建“以人為本的企業(yè)文化”對我國企業(yè)全面發(fā)展來講有關(guān)鍵作用。本文以科學(xué)發(fā)展觀為指導(dǎo),以哲學(xué)的角度和方法論,對以人為本的企業(yè)文化構(gòu)建進(jìn)行深入研究,解析論文選題背景、目的意義、研究綜述、研究思路與方法及創(chuàng)新之處,系統(tǒng)化地對企業(yè)文化的發(fā)展脈絡(luò)、含義與重點內(nèi)容及建設(shè)企業(yè)文化的主體進(jìn)行了梳理,論述了人本化思想的涵義和企業(yè)文化建設(shè)的實質(zhì),在此基礎(chǔ)上闡述了人本化思想在企業(yè)文化建設(shè)中實施的必要性,重點論述了我國企業(yè)文化建設(shè)中人本化存在的問題及原因分析,看到了我國企業(yè)文化建設(shè)中人本化方面的不足,并最終提出了如何建設(shè)人本化思想的企業(yè)文化,并結(jié)合具體案例指出了企業(yè)文化構(gòu)建中落實人本化思想的研究。結(jié)論部分,對之前的研究情況進(jìn)行了全面總結(jié),有針對性地提出未來發(fā)展過程中構(gòu)建企業(yè)文化人本思想的研究展望。
[Abstract]:In the process of development, culture has developed into the source of enterprise creativity and cohesion, and is the key factor of enterprise core competence and comprehensive strength. "Human-oriented corporate culture" is a perfect cultural system with human as the central factor. It is a cultural environment of sustainable development, coordination, harmony and stability. It is a key factor of soft power in the process of enterprise development. It is also the source and motive force of enterprise development and innovation. Under the guidance of scientific concept of development, it is crucial to construct a people-oriented enterprise culture for the all-round development of Chinese enterprises. Guided by the concept of scientific development, this paper makes a deep study on the construction of enterprise culture based on human being in the perspective of philosophy and methodology, and analyzes the background, purpose, significance, research summary, research ideas and methods, and innovation of the thesis. This paper systematically combs the developing thread, the meaning and the key content of the enterprise culture and the main body of the construction of the enterprise culture, and discusses the meaning of the humanization thought and the essence of the enterprise culture construction. On this basis, this paper expounds the necessity of carrying out humanization in the construction of enterprise culture, emphatically discusses the problems and causes of humanization in the construction of enterprise culture in our country, and finds out the deficiency of humanization in the construction of enterprise culture in our country. Finally, the author puts forward how to construct the enterprise culture of humanism, and points out the research on how to carry out the humanistic thought in the construction of enterprise culture. In the conclusion part, the author summarizes the previous research situation and puts forward the research prospect of constructing the humanistic thought of enterprise culture in the process of future development.
