【摘要】：科技型孵化企業(yè)通常是高風(fēng)險(xiǎn)、高收益的企業(yè),加之我國資本市場具有信息不對稱的特點(diǎn),孵化企業(yè)的融資具有較大的難度,嚴(yán)重制約其發(fā)展�？萍计髽I(yè)孵化器屬于社會經(jīng)濟(jì)組織的一種新模式,對于企業(yè)的發(fā)展提供了更為優(yōu)越的環(huán)境,一定程度上可以稱之為蘊(yùn)育中小科技企業(yè)的搖籃。同時(shí)科技企業(yè)孵化器作為一個(gè)社會組織,本身也面臨融資困難的問題,尤其是面對中小科技企業(yè)的快速發(fā)展勢頭,提供的融資服務(wù)較為有限。本文以白銀科技企業(yè)孵化器為例,借鑒科技企業(yè)孵化器融資理論研究的現(xiàn)有成果,結(jié)合白銀科技企業(yè)孵化器有限公司發(fā)展的實(shí)際,針對孵化企業(yè)面臨的融資問題進(jìn)行比較深入的剖析,以期優(yōu)化白銀科技企業(yè)孵化器的融資服務(wù)模式。論文一共分為六個(gè)部分,第一章是引言部分,主要闡述本文的研究背景和研究意義,國內(nèi)外關(guān)于科技企業(yè)孵化器的研究現(xiàn)狀,在此基礎(chǔ)上提出本文的研究思路和研究方法。第二章是科技企業(yè)孵化器的相關(guān)概念界定和中小企業(yè)融資理論闡述,為下文的現(xiàn)狀描述和原因分析部分提供理論支撐。第三章是以白銀科技企業(yè)孵化器為例,闡述目前白銀科技企業(yè)孵化器在組織管理和融資服務(wù)方面的現(xiàn)狀和存在的問題。第四章是通過對國內(nèi)外同類孵化器融資服務(wù)經(jīng)驗(yàn)的借鑒和學(xué)習(xí),獲得了幾點(diǎn)啟示。第五章是白銀科技企業(yè)孵化器融資服務(wù)優(yōu)化的相關(guān)闡述,提出了一些完善白銀科技企業(yè)孵化器融資服務(wù)能力的措施和建議,旨在為孵化器更好的解決孵化企業(yè)資金不足、融資困難問題提供借鑒。第六章是對整個(gè)論文的總結(jié)和展望。
[Abstract]:Science and technology incubators are usually high risk and high income enterprises. In addition, the capital market of our country has the characteristics of asymmetric information, so the financing of incubating enterprises is very difficult, which seriously restricts its development. Science and technology business incubator belongs to a new mode of social economic organization, which provides a better environment for the development of enterprises. To some extent, it can be called the cradle of small and medium-sized scientific and technological enterprises. At the same time, as a social organization, science and technology business incubator also faces the problem of financing difficulties, especially in the face of the rapid development of small and medium-sized science and technology enterprises, the financing services provided are relatively limited. This paper takes the silver technology business incubator as an example, draws lessons from the existing research achievements of the financing theory of the science and technology business incubator, and combines the actual development of the silver science and technology business incubator co., Ltd. This paper analyzes the financing problems faced by incubators in order to optimize the financing service mode of silver technology business incubators. This paper is divided into six parts. The first chapter is the introduction part, mainly describes the research background and significance of this paper, the domestic and foreign research on the technology business incubator status quo, on the basis of this research ideas and research methods. The second chapter is the definition of science and technology business incubator and the theory of SME financing, which provides theoretical support for the description of the present situation and the analysis of the reasons. The third chapter takes the silver technology business incubator as an example to expound the present situation and existing problems of the silver technology business incubator in the aspect of organization management and financing service. The fourth chapter is to draw lessons from the experience of similar incubator financing service at home and abroad. The fifth chapter is related to the optimization of financing service of silver technology business incubator, and puts forward some measures and suggestions to improve the financing service capacity of silver technology business incubator, in order to better solve the lack of funds for incubator. Financing difficulties to provide reference. The sixth chapter is the summary and prospect of the whole paper.
