【摘要】:對(duì)一個(gè)企業(yè)而言,文化是其生存與發(fā)展的靈魂支柱。深圳市煙草公司作為深圳百?gòu)?qiáng)企業(yè),始終是深圳發(fā)展的堅(jiān)定踐行者和參與者,在深圳創(chuàng)新包容的城市文化多年熏陶下,深圳市煙草公司孕育了獨(dú)特的企業(yè)文化,與深圳共成長(zhǎng)、共發(fā)展。隨著科技的發(fā)展和時(shí)代的進(jìn)步,深圳市煙草公司面臨的內(nèi)外部環(huán)境都發(fā)生了巨大的變化,想要保持較強(qiáng)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,深圳市煙草公司必須不斷地完善企業(yè)文化管理體系。筆者首先在企業(yè)文化的一般理論基礎(chǔ)上,介紹了論文選題的背景及研究思路。從政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會(huì)和科技四個(gè)維度對(duì)深圳市煙草公司面臨的宏觀環(huán)境分析,根據(jù)波特五力模型的角度對(duì)所處行業(yè)環(huán)境進(jìn)行了分析。在環(huán)境分析前提下,通過(guò)設(shè)置問(wèn)卷調(diào)查的方式對(duì)目前所在的企業(yè)文化建設(shè)現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了調(diào)研和分析,結(jié)合本公司的企業(yè)文化發(fā)展歷程,統(tǒng)計(jì)問(wèn)卷調(diào)查報(bào)告結(jié)果并總結(jié)出深圳市煙草公司在企業(yè)文化建設(shè)發(fā)展的過(guò)程中存在的各種問(wèn)題。根據(jù)調(diào)查問(wèn)卷報(bào)告總結(jié),就企業(yè)目前存在的問(wèn)題提出相關(guān)的建議,并為構(gòu)建企業(yè)文化管理體系提供指引作用。本文通過(guò)提煉定位企業(yè)核心價(jià)值觀、聚焦企業(yè)文化精神,重點(diǎn)致力于構(gòu)建企業(yè)文化管理體系。筆者提出構(gòu)建企業(yè)文化組織體系、培訓(xùn)體系、傳播體系、考核體系四大企業(yè)管理體系的方式,將文化理念得以全面落定推廣,為本企業(yè)的企業(yè)文化發(fā)展起到指引和推動(dòng)作用。
[Abstract]:For an enterprise, culture is the soul pillar of its survival and development.As one of the top 100 enterprises in Shenzhen, Shenzhen Tobacco Company has always been a firm practitioner and participant in Shenzhen's development. Under the influence of Shenzhen's innovative and inclusive city culture for many years, Shenzhen Tobacco Company has nurtured a unique corporate culture and has grown together with Shenzhen.Common development.With the development of science and technology and the progress of the times, the internal and external environment of Shenzhen Tobacco Company has undergone tremendous changes. In order to maintain a strong competitiveness, Shenzhen Tobacco Company must constantly improve the enterprise culture management system.Firstly, based on the general theory of corporate culture, the author introduces the background and research ideas of the thesis.This paper analyzes the macro environment of tobacco companies in Shenzhen from the four dimensions of politics, economy, society and science and technology, and analyzes the industry environment according to Porter's five-force model.Based on the premise of environmental analysis, this paper investigates and analyzes the present situation of corporate culture construction by setting up a questionnaire survey, and combines the development course of the company's corporate culture.The results of questionnaire survey and the problems existing in the process of the construction and development of enterprise culture in Shenzhen Tobacco Company were summarized.According to the questionnaire report, this paper puts forward some suggestions on the problems existing in enterprises, and provides guidance for the construction of corporate culture management system.By refining the core values, focusing on the spirit of corporate culture, this paper focuses on the construction of corporate culture management system.The author puts forward the ways of constructing four enterprise management systems of enterprise culture organization system, training system, communication system and examination system, which can promote and guide the development of enterprise culture.
