鄭州市KH公司績效管理體系優(yōu)化方案研究

【摘要】:隨著企業(yè)競爭的加劇,市場環(huán)境瞬息萬變,我國傳統(tǒng)制造業(yè)也面臨著前所未有的挑戰(zhàn),傳統(tǒng)制造型企業(yè)實(shí)施組織變革成為大勢所趨,而在組織變革中人力資源管理起著至關(guān)重要的作用,企業(yè)競爭歸根到底是人才的競爭。企業(yè)核心競爭力的提高,關(guān)鍵是人力資源管理,而績效管理作為企業(yè)人力資源管理的核心,是提高企業(yè)核心競爭力的根本出發(fā)點(diǎn),因此,建立一套科學(xué)、有效、適合企業(yè)自身發(fā)展的績效管理體系,成為越來越多企業(yè)提高核心競爭力的重要手段。本文以KH公司作為研究對(duì)象,針對(duì)KH公司現(xiàn)行績效管理系統(tǒng)中存在的問題,運(yùn)用swot分析法對(duì)KH公司的績效管理現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了全面的分析,在綜合分析績效管理、績效考核等理論的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合KH公司的實(shí)際情況,最終確定采用平衡計(jì)分卡對(duì)KH公司的績效體系進(jìn)行優(yōu)化較為符合當(dāng)前公司發(fā)展的實(shí)際情況,從戰(zhàn)略計(jì)劃制定、戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)轉(zhuǎn)化、指標(biāo)體系設(shè)計(jì)三個(gè)層次進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì),并對(duì)績效管理的績效計(jì)劃、過程監(jiān)控、績效考核、結(jié)果運(yùn)用、保障措施等環(huán)節(jié)進(jìn)行了優(yōu)化。為了確保績效管理的優(yōu)化方案的順利實(shí)施,本文從全面推行計(jì)劃管理、企業(yè)中高層支持、管理制度等方面進(jìn)行了改善。最后,提出在績效體系的設(shè)計(jì)上不可一味模仿他人,要結(jié)合實(shí)際情況制定,并且績效管理體系應(yīng)該保持動(dòng)態(tài)性,隨企業(yè)內(nèi)外環(huán)境而不斷優(yōu)化。本文為鄭州市KH公司所做的績效管理體系優(yōu)化方案,從KH公司的實(shí)際情況出發(fā),通過現(xiàn)存問題的分析解決,對(duì)推進(jìn)KH公司整體績效的提升大有幫助,對(duì)KH公司后續(xù)全面科學(xué)、實(shí)施性強(qiáng)的績效管理體系的建立具有重要意義,同時(shí)也為其他企業(yè)提供了很好的參考。
[Abstract]:With the aggravation of enterprise competition and the rapid change of market environment, the traditional manufacturing industry in our country is facing unprecedented challenges, so the organizational transformation of traditional manufacturing enterprises has become the trend of the times.Human resource management plays an important role in organizational reform, and enterprise competition is the competition of talents in the final analysis.The key to the improvement of enterprise core competence is human resource management. As the core of enterprise human resource management, performance management is the basic starting point of improving enterprise core competitiveness. Therefore, to establish a set of scientific and effective,The performance management system suitable for the development of enterprises has become an important means for more and more enterprises to improve their core competitiveness.This paper takes KH Company as the research object, aiming at the problems existing in the current performance management system of KH Company, using the swot analysis method to carry on the comprehensive analysis to the present situation of the performance management of KH Company, and analyzes the performance management synthetically.On the basis of the theory of performance appraisal, combined with the actual situation of KH Company, it is determined that the use of balanced Scorecard to optimize the performance system of KH Company is more in line with the actual situation of the current development of the company.The transformation of strategic objectives and the design of index system are designed at three levels, and the performance plan, process monitoring, performance evaluation, application of results and safeguard measures are optimized.In order to ensure the smooth implementation of the optimization scheme of performance management, this paper improves the overall implementation of the plan management, the senior support of the enterprise, the management system and so on.Finally, the paper points out that we should not blindly imitate others in the design of performance system, we should make the performance management system according to the actual situation, and the performance management system should keep dynamic and optimize constantly with the environment inside and outside the enterprise.Based on the actual situation of KH Company and the analysis and solution of existing problems, this paper is of great help to the promotion of overall performance of KH Company, and will be of great help to KH Company to follow up the overall science, according to the optimization scheme of performance management system done by KH Company of Zhengzhou City, which is based on the actual situation of KH Company.The establishment of a strong performance management system is of great significance, and also provides a good reference for other enterprises.
