【摘要】：本文通過對中外汽車合資企業(yè)的實地調(diào)研,提出將程序公平引入現(xiàn)有關(guān)于跨職能整合與新產(chǎn)品開發(fā)成功的模型中,并進一步提出跨職能整合在合資企業(yè)程序公平與新產(chǎn)品開發(fā)成功關(guān)系中的中介作用。通過對獲取數(shù)據(jù)的分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)合資企業(yè)程序公平不僅可以直接影響合資企業(yè)的新產(chǎn)品開發(fā)成功,而且也可以通過跨職能整合間接影響新產(chǎn)品開發(fā)成功,而跨職能整合在程序公平與新產(chǎn)品開發(fā)成功關(guān)系中起中介作用。
[Abstract]:In this paper, through the investigation of joint ventures, the procedural justice into existing about the success of cross functional integration and new product development model, and further puts forward the intermediary cross functional integration in the joint venture of procedural justice and the success of new product development in the relationship between them. Based on the data analysis, found that the joint venture program the fair can not only directly affect the success of the development of new products of joint ventures, but also through indirect effects of cross functional integration of successful new product development, and cross functional integration plays an intermediary role in the process of fairness and the success of new product development in the relationship.
