【摘要】：基于社會交換理論,通過對209名員工2個時點的配對問卷調(diào)查,探討了人—工作匹配和工作幸福感的關(guān)系及其作用機(jī)制,尤其是工作卷入的中介作用和工作技能的調(diào)節(jié)作用。結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn):人—工作匹配對工作幸福感具有顯著的正向作用;工作卷入在人—工作匹配和工作幸福感之間起部分中介作用;工作技能在人—工作匹配和工作卷入之間起調(diào)節(jié)作用,即工作技能水平越高,人—工作匹配對工作卷入的正向影響越強(qiáng)。
[Abstract]:Based on the theory of social exchange, the relationship between job matching and job well-being and its mechanism, especially the mediating role of work involvement and the adjustment of job skills, were investigated by a paired questionnaire survey of 209 employees at two time points.The results show that human-job matching has a significant positive effect on job well being, work involvement plays a part of intermediary role between human-job matching and job-well-being.The higher the level of job skills, the stronger the positive impact of job matching on work involvement.
