【摘要】:隨著我國(guó)的環(huán)保問(wèn)題日益嚴(yán)峻,國(guó)家層面愈發(fā)重視可持續(xù)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,在能源結(jié)構(gòu)使用上也進(jìn)行相應(yīng)的調(diào)整。我國(guó)天然氣行業(yè)中的西氣東輸、沿海地區(qū)建設(shè)LNG接收站、從國(guó)外進(jìn)口LNG等都得到大發(fā)展,很大程度促進(jìn)了燃?xì)馄髽I(yè)的升級(jí)發(fā)展。另一方面隨著國(guó)家對(duì)公共行業(yè)的放開(kāi)程度,外資、民營(yíng)企業(yè)也積極加入到燃?xì)庑袠I(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中。我國(guó)傳統(tǒng)燃?xì)馄髽I(yè)在這樣的背景下面臨機(jī)遇與挑戰(zhàn),國(guó)有的傳統(tǒng)的燃?xì)馄髽I(yè)直面外資與私營(yíng)企業(yè)的插足競(jìng)爭(zhēng),必須掌握并運(yùn)用競(jìng)爭(zhēng)戰(zhàn)略理論來(lái)參與市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng),提高企業(yè)的核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。NS公司是我國(guó)廣東省一個(gè)區(qū)域的燃?xì)馄髽I(yè),其經(jīng)營(yíng)區(qū)域客戶(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)以工商業(yè)客戶(hù)為主,在能源市場(chǎng)上競(jìng)爭(zhēng)非常激烈。隨著市場(chǎng)上各種能源價(jià)格的波動(dòng),內(nèi)外部環(huán)境的變化,潛在客戶(hù)量相對(duì)減少,NS公司亟待突破挑戰(zhàn),創(chuàng)造機(jī)會(huì),形成競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì),促進(jìn)企業(yè)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。本文以競(jìng)爭(zhēng)戰(zhàn)略為理論指導(dǎo),以廣東NS公司為實(shí)際企業(yè)案例,將理論分析與實(shí)際企業(yè)實(shí)例相結(jié)合,綜合運(yùn)用管理學(xué)、經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)、營(yíng)銷(xiāo)的理論及方法,針對(duì)國(guó)有燃?xì)馄髽I(yè)在可替代的能源競(jìng)爭(zhēng)、同行競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中如何進(jìn)行企業(yè)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)戰(zhàn)略布局、調(diào)整,以適應(yīng)市場(chǎng)的變化,開(kāi)拓市場(chǎng),占有市場(chǎng),獲得利潤(rùn)。通過(guò)NS公司終端市場(chǎng)的激烈競(jìng)爭(zhēng)案例,針對(duì)公司的優(yōu)勢(shì)、劣勢(shì)、機(jī)會(huì)、威脅等分析,考慮到NS公司的市場(chǎng)情況,公司資源、經(jīng)營(yíng)現(xiàn)狀等,選擇適合的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)戰(zhàn)略,總結(jié)出適合該城市燃?xì)馄髽I(yè)參與市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的戰(zhàn)略。
[Abstract]:With the increasingly serious environmental protection problems in China, the national level pay more attention to the strategy of sustainable development, and adjust the energy structure accordingly.The gas transmission from west to east in natural gas industry in China, the construction of LNG receiving station in coastal areas and the import of LNG from abroad have greatly promoted the upgrading and development of gas enterprises.On the other hand, with the state opening up the public sector, foreign investment, private enterprises also actively participate in the gas industry competition.Under this background, the traditional gas enterprises of our country are faced with opportunities and challenges. The state-owned traditional gas enterprises must master and apply the theory of competitive strategy to participate in the market competition in the face of the competition between foreign capital and private enterprises.Improving the Core Competitiveness of Enterprises. NS Company is a regional gas enterprise in Guangdong Province. Its regional customer structure is dominated by industrial and commercial customers, and the competition in the energy market is very fierce.With the fluctuation of energy price in the market and the change of internal and external environment, it is urgent for NS Company to break through the challenges, create opportunities, form competitive advantages and promote the sustainable development of enterprises.This article takes the competition strategy as the theoretical guidance, takes Guangdong NS Company as the actual enterprise case, unifies the theory analysis with the actual enterprise example, synthetically uses the management, the economics, the marketing theory and the method,How to arrange and adjust the competitive strategy of state-owned gas enterprises in the competition of alternative energy and how to adjust to the changes of the market, open up the market, occupy the market and obtain profits.Through the case of intense competition in the terminal market of NS Company, according to the analysis of the company's strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats and so on, considering the market situation, the company's resources, the current management situation, and so on, we should choose the appropriate competitive strategy.Summarize the strategy suitable for the city gas enterprises to participate in the market competition.
