W照明制造公司競(jìng)爭(zhēng)戰(zhàn)略研究

【摘要】:我國“十三五”規(guī)劃中提出在投入結(jié)構(gòu)方面,逐步重視知識(shí)、信息、技術(shù)、人才等各類高級(jí)投入因素的使用,企業(yè)之間基本生產(chǎn)資料的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)逐步轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)檐泴?shí)力的競(jìng)爭(zhēng),包括管理水平的提高,競(jìng)爭(zhēng)戰(zhàn)略管理等。本文對(duì)W照明制造公司競(jìng)爭(zhēng)戰(zhàn)略進(jìn)行研究,是對(duì)戰(zhàn)略管理理論的一次嘗試,對(duì)公司的發(fā)展具有很強(qiáng)的指導(dǎo)意義,對(duì)制造業(yè)同類企業(yè)發(fā)展具有借鑒意義。本文研究的主要內(nèi)容主要包括以下三個(gè)方面:一、分析了W公司的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,并對(duì)W公司的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)及競(jìng)爭(zhēng)戰(zhàn)略執(zhí)行情況進(jìn)行了判斷;二、分析了W公司所面臨的宏觀環(huán)境中的行業(yè)環(huán)境,并分析了W公司的四方面關(guān)鍵成功因素:戰(zhàn)略共識(shí)達(dá)成、企業(yè)文化倡導(dǎo)、組織架構(gòu)建設(shè)、創(chuàng)新機(jī)制完善等;三、運(yùn)用SWOT研究方法,分析了W公司競(jìng)爭(zhēng)戰(zhàn)略制定過程中所面臨的優(yōu)勢(shì)、劣勢(shì)、機(jī)會(huì)和威脅。通過研究,本文的主要研究結(jié)論是以下二個(gè)方面:一、通過對(duì)W公司內(nèi)外部環(huán)境分析,提出W公司應(yīng)采取差異化的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)戰(zhàn)略。二、提出W公司戰(zhàn)略共識(shí)達(dá)成、企業(yè)文化倡導(dǎo)、組織架構(gòu)建設(shè)、創(chuàng)新機(jī)制完善等四個(gè)方面的職能策略及相關(guān)具體措施來支撐W公司上述競(jìng)爭(zhēng)戰(zhàn)略。本文的創(chuàng)新之處在于以下三個(gè)方面:一、研究背景創(chuàng)新。本文是在國家“十三五”規(guī)劃背景下,具體結(jié)合了供給側(cè)結(jié)構(gòu)性改革的相關(guān)要求這一背景展開相關(guān)研究;二、研究對(duì)象創(chuàng)新。本文以中小型照明制造企業(yè)W公司作為研究對(duì)象,在國內(nèi)外學(xué)者的研究中尚屬首次;三、研究?jī)?nèi)容創(chuàng)新。本文運(yùn)用科學(xué)的管理方法,對(duì)W公司外部、內(nèi)部環(huán)境分析,提出了公司競(jìng)爭(zhēng)戰(zhàn)略,并制定了相應(yīng)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)策略,在國內(nèi)外文獻(xiàn)研究中尚屬少數(shù)。
[Abstract]:In the 13th Five-Year Plan of our country, it was proposed that in terms of input structure, we should gradually attach importance to the use of various advanced input factors, such as knowledge, information, technology, talent, etc., and the competition among enterprises for basic means of production gradually changed into a competition for soft power.Including the improvement of management level, competitive strategy management and so on.This paper studies the competitive strategy of W Lighting Manufacturing Company, which is an attempt of strategic management theory, which has a strong guiding significance for the development of the company and a reference significance for the development of similar manufacturing enterprises.The main contents of this paper include the following three aspects: first, the development of W Company is analyzed, and the competitive advantage and competitive strategy implementation of W Company are judged.This paper analyzes the industry environment in the macro environment faced by W Company, and analyzes the four key success factors of W Company: strategic consensus, corporate culture advocacy, organizational structure construction, innovation mechanism perfection, etc.This paper analyzes the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats faced by W Company in the process of making competitive strategy by using the method of SWOT.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows: first, through the analysis of the internal and external environment of W Company, the author points out that W Company should adopt a differentiated competitive strategy.Secondly, the paper puts forward four functional strategies and relevant specific measures to support the above competition strategy of W Company: reaching a consensus of strategy, advocating corporate culture, building up organizational structure and perfecting innovation mechanism.The innovation of this paper lies in the following three aspects: first, research background innovation.Under the background of the "13th Five-Year Plan", this paper specifically combines the relevant requirements of supply-side structural reform to carry out the relevant research; second, the research object innovation.This paper takes W Company, a small and medium-sized lighting manufacturer, as the research object, and it is the first time in the research of scholars at home and abroad; third, the research content innovation.Based on the scientific management method, this paper analyzes the external and internal environment of W Company, puts forward the competitive strategy of the company, and formulates the corresponding competitive strategy, which is still a minority in the literature research at home and abroad.
