【摘要】：創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)過程中離不開創(chuàng)業(yè)者主觀能動性的發(fā)揮�；趧�(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)的視角,文章以社會網(wǎng)絡(luò)理論為基礎(chǔ),探討了創(chuàng)業(yè)者動態(tài)行為特征方面關(guān)系網(wǎng)絡(luò)構(gòu)建行為對新創(chuàng)企業(yè)績效的影響作用機(jī)制,并采用227家新創(chuàng)企業(yè)的樣本數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行了實(shí)證研究。結(jié)果表明:創(chuàng)業(yè)者關(guān)系網(wǎng)絡(luò)建構(gòu)行為對新創(chuàng)企業(yè)績效具有顯著正向影響;商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新部分中介了關(guān)系網(wǎng)絡(luò)建構(gòu)行為與新創(chuàng)企業(yè)績效之間的正向關(guān)系;創(chuàng)業(yè)能力正向調(diào)節(jié)商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新與新創(chuàng)企業(yè)績效之間的關(guān)系,創(chuàng)業(yè)者創(chuàng)業(yè)能力越強(qiáng),商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新對新創(chuàng)企業(yè)績效的積極影響越大。研究成果豐富了當(dāng)前創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)的相關(guān)研究,也對致力于取得高企業(yè)績效的創(chuàng)業(yè)者具有重要的啟示。
[Abstract]:The process of innovation and entrepreneurship can not be separated from the initiative of entrepreneurs.Based on the theory of social network, this paper probes into the influence mechanism of the relationship network construction behavior on the performance of new enterprises in the aspect of dynamic behavior characteristics of entrepreneurs, based on the perspective of innovation and entrepreneurship.And the sample data of 227 new enterprises are used to carry on the empirical research.The results show that the relationship network construction behavior of entrepreneurs has a significant positive impact on the performance of the new venture, and the business model innovation partly mediates the positive relationship between the relationship network construction behavior and the performance of the new enterprise.Entrepreneurial ability positively regulates the relationship between business model innovation and new enterprise performance. The stronger the entrepreneurial ability, the greater the positive impact of business model innovation on the performance of new enterprise.The research results enrich the current research on innovation and entrepreneurship, and also have important enlightenment for entrepreneurs who are committed to achieving high enterprise performance.
