【摘要】：知識資源作為企業(yè)內(nèi)重要資產(chǎn)之一,對其進行建模并且應(yīng)用到企業(yè)業(yè)務(wù)問題求解的過程中已成為企業(yè)知識管理的重中之重。企業(yè)業(yè)務(wù)問題求解方案中涉及了企業(yè)中的各種知識資源,對其進行建模并管理不僅可以提高業(yè)務(wù)問題的求解效率,更標準更良好地構(gòu)建求解方案模型,同時也可以挖掘知識資源之間的關(guān)系,進行更深層次的分析,提供更好的知識服務(wù)。因而,加強對業(yè)務(wù)問題求解方案的研究已經(jīng)迫在眉睫。本文以企業(yè)業(yè)務(wù)問題求解方案支撐系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計開發(fā)為研究目標,首先提出面向業(yè)務(wù)問題求解的知識服務(wù)體系框架,對面向企業(yè)知識服務(wù)的業(yè)務(wù)問題求解方案進行特定領(lǐng)域的建模,然后根據(jù)問題求解流程將知識資源模型應(yīng)用到求解方案的制定過程中,建立了求解方案標準模型,并研究求解方案支撐系統(tǒng)的若干管理方法與服務(wù),最后根據(jù)建立的求解方案標準模型,設(shè)計實現(xiàn)了企業(yè)業(yè)務(wù)問題求解方案支撐系統(tǒng)。本文的研究旨在提高企業(yè)業(yè)務(wù)問題求解方案的效率和質(zhì)量,使業(yè)務(wù)人員更高效地建立問題求解方案,同時可將求解方案中的知識資源之間的關(guān)系進行歸納總結(jié),更好地實現(xiàn)基于知識服務(wù)的業(yè)務(wù)問題求解以及知識推送。首先,本文基于特定領(lǐng)域建模的理論框架,將業(yè)務(wù)求解過程中的知識資源與業(yè)務(wù)過程相融合,提出面向業(yè)務(wù)問題求解的知識服務(wù)體系框架及面向知識服務(wù)的業(yè)務(wù)問題求解特定領(lǐng)域模型。其次,研究了通過文本挖掘工具和網(wǎng)絡(luò)爬蟲工具,分析企業(yè)內(nèi)外的信息,來獲取企業(yè)中知識資源的方法。將求解方案實際應(yīng)用情況分為了三個維度,提出了應(yīng)用于實際情況的三個規(guī)則。為了更好地對業(yè)務(wù)問題進行求解并對求解方案進行管理,本論文提出了對求解方案進行后臺管理的服務(wù)模型。最后,對企業(yè)業(yè)務(wù)問題求解方案支撐系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計目標、體系架構(gòu)和系統(tǒng)功能做了分析,詳細設(shè)計了系統(tǒng)的各個功能模塊。提出了系統(tǒng)實現(xiàn)的技術(shù)框架,并從面向知識服務(wù)的角度詳細地介紹了系統(tǒng)功能的具體實現(xiàn)過程,完成了企業(yè)求解方案建模原型系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)。
[Abstract]:As one of the important assets in an enterprise, knowledge resource has become the most important part of enterprise knowledge management in the process of modeling and applying it to solving business problems.All kinds of knowledge resources are involved in the solution scheme of enterprise business problem. Modeling and managing it can not only improve the efficiency of solving business problem, but also construct the solution scheme model more standard and better.At the same time, it can also excavate the relationship between knowledge resources, carry on deeper analysis, provide better knowledge service.Therefore, it is urgent to strengthen the research on the solution of business problem.Aiming at the design and development of enterprise business problem solving scheme support system, this paper first puts forward a knowledge service system framework for business problem solving.The business problem solving scheme oriented to enterprise knowledge service is modeled in a specific domain, then the knowledge resource model is applied to the process of making the solution scheme according to the problem solving process, and the standard model of the solution scheme is established.At last, according to the standard model of solution scheme, the enterprise business problem solving scheme support system is designed and implemented.The purpose of this paper is to improve the efficiency and quality of enterprise business problem solving scheme, to make business personnel establish problem solving scheme more efficiently, and at the same time to summarize the relationship between knowledge resources in the solution scheme.Better implementation of business problem solving and knowledge push based on knowledge service.Firstly, based on the theory framework of domain-specific modeling, this paper combines the knowledge resources and business processes in the business solution process.A framework of knowledge service system for business problem solving and a domain-specific model for business problem solving for knowledge service are proposed.Secondly, the paper studies the method of obtaining knowledge resources through text mining tools and web crawler tools, analyzing the information inside and outside the enterprise.The practical application of the solution scheme is divided into three dimensions, and three rules applied to the actual situation are proposed.In order to solve the business problem and manage the solution better, this paper proposes a service model to manage the solution behind the scenes.Finally, the design goal, architecture and system function of the enterprise business problem solving scheme support system are analyzed, and each function module of the system is designed in detail.The technical framework of system implementation is put forward, and the realization process of system function is introduced in detail from the point of view of knowledge service, and the prototype system of enterprise solution scheme modeling is developed.
