網(wǎng)絡(luò)能力、知識異質(zhì)性對大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)成長的影響研究

【摘要】:大學(xué)生新創(chuàng)企業(yè)往往會面臨著諸如合法性缺失、資源獲取不足、信息不對稱等新創(chuàng)企業(yè)固有劣勢(liability of newness),其中,獲取資源的數(shù)量不足和質(zhì)量不高使得大學(xué)生新創(chuàng)企業(yè)的發(fā)展舉步維艱。中國轉(zhuǎn)型經(jīng)濟背景下,市場交易制度尚不完善,市場交易存在著很大的不確定性,因此有必要從其他角度研究如何獲取大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)成長所必需的資源。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),創(chuàng)業(yè)者通過身邊的網(wǎng)絡(luò)關(guān)系獲取創(chuàng)業(yè)資源不僅價格低廉,而且所獲資源本身具有一定的稀缺特性,于是,網(wǎng)絡(luò)關(guān)系成為新創(chuàng)企業(yè)獲取資源的“救命稻草”。同時,全球知識經(jīng)濟時代的到來,使得企業(yè)更希望通過自身的異質(zhì)性知識取得競爭優(yōu)勢,這樣的競爭優(yōu)勢具有難以模仿特性,可以構(gòu)成企業(yè)的核心競爭力。大學(xué)生新創(chuàng)企業(yè)作為一種網(wǎng)絡(luò)型組織,在與同學(xué)、老師、合作伙伴、競爭者、政府以及顧客等網(wǎng)絡(luò)主體的互動過程中可以獲得創(chuàng)業(yè)所需的各種異質(zhì)性知識,而且所獲知識異質(zhì)性水平的高低也會給大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)帶來不同效果。因此,本研究從大學(xué)生的網(wǎng)絡(luò)能力角度入手,發(fā)掘新創(chuàng)企業(yè)構(gòu)建和管理外部網(wǎng)絡(luò)關(guān)系的能力,及其對創(chuàng)業(yè)過程中知識異質(zhì)性、創(chuàng)業(yè)成長的影響機制。本研究首先以創(chuàng)業(yè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)理論、網(wǎng)絡(luò)能力理論、創(chuàng)業(yè)理論以及創(chuàng)業(yè)知識理論等為基礎(chǔ),對網(wǎng)絡(luò)能力、知識異質(zhì)性以及創(chuàng)業(yè)成長的基本理論進行闡述。然后,在相關(guān)理論和以往研究成果的基礎(chǔ)上,對大學(xué)生的網(wǎng)絡(luò)能力、知識異質(zhì)性以及創(chuàng)業(yè)成長的概念進行論述,并分析三者之間的邏輯關(guān)系,給出研究假設(shè),得出研究模型。再依據(jù)大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)過程中獨特的網(wǎng)絡(luò)需求特性,將大學(xué)生的網(wǎng)絡(luò)能力劃分為網(wǎng)絡(luò)構(gòu)建能力和網(wǎng)絡(luò)管理能力兩個維度,將知識異質(zhì)性劃分為理論知識異質(zhì)性和社會知識異質(zhì)性,并以江蘇、安徽以及上海等地310家大學(xué)生新創(chuàng)企業(yè)為樣本,運用SPSS和AMOS統(tǒng)計軟件,利用結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型探討了大學(xué)生的網(wǎng)絡(luò)能力、知識異質(zhì)性和創(chuàng)業(yè)成長的關(guān)系,旨在為解決大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)過程成長性不足的問題提供建議。實證結(jié)果顯示:網(wǎng)絡(luò)構(gòu)建能力和網(wǎng)絡(luò)管理能力對大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)的理論知識異質(zhì)性和社會知識異質(zhì)性影響顯著;理論知識異質(zhì)性對大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)成長有積極影響,而社會知識異質(zhì)性對大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)成長影響不顯著。
[Abstract]:College students' start-ups often face inherent disadvantages such as lack of legitimacy, inadequate access to resources, asymmetric information, and so on.The lack of quantity and quality of resources makes the development of college students'new enterprises difficult.Under the background of China's transition economy, the market transaction system is not perfect and there is great uncertainty in the market transaction. Therefore, it is necessary to study from other angles how to obtain the necessary resources for the entrepreneurial growth of college students.It is found that entrepreneurs can obtain entrepreneurial resources through the network relationship around them not only at a low price, but also because of the scarcity of the resources themselves. Therefore, the network relationship has become the "life-saving straw" for new enterprises to obtain resources.At the same time, with the advent of global knowledge economy, enterprises want to obtain competitive advantages through their own heterogeneous knowledge, which is difficult to imitate and can constitute the core competitiveness of enterprises.As a kind of network organization, college students' new enterprises can acquire all kinds of heterogeneous knowledge needed in the process of interaction with students, teachers, partners, competitors, governments and customers, etc.Moreover, the level of knowledge heterogeneity will bring different effects to college students' entrepreneurship.Therefore, from the point of view of college students' network ability, this study explores the ability of constructing and managing the external network relationship of new enterprises, and its influence mechanism on knowledge heterogeneity and entrepreneurial growth in the process of entrepreneurship.Based on the entrepreneurial network theory, network capability theory, entrepreneurship theory and entrepreneurial knowledge theory, this study first expounds the basic theories of network capability, knowledge heterogeneity and entrepreneurial growth.Then, on the basis of relevant theories and previous research results, this paper discusses the concepts of network ability, knowledge heterogeneity and entrepreneurial growth of college students, analyzes the logical relationship between them, and gives the research hypotheses and the research model.Then according to the unique characteristics of network demand in the process of college students' entrepreneurship, the network ability of college students is divided into two dimensions: network construction ability and network management ability, and knowledge heterogeneity is divided into theoretical knowledge heterogeneity and social knowledge heterogeneity.Taking 310 new enterprises of college students in Jiangsu, Anhui and Shanghai as samples, using SPSS and AMOS software, this paper discusses the relationship among network ability, knowledge heterogeneity and entrepreneurial growth of college students by using structural equation model.The purpose of this paper is to provide suggestions for solving the problem of insufficient growth in the process of university students' entrepreneurship.The empirical results show that the ability of network construction and network management have significant effects on the heterogeneity of theoretical knowledge and social knowledge of college students' entrepreneurship, and the heterogeneity of theoretical knowledge has a positive effect on the entrepreneurial growth of college students.However, the heterogeneity of social knowledge has no significant effect on the entrepreneurial growth of college students.
