【摘要】：電子供應(yīng)鏈融資是指商業(yè)銀行依托網(wǎng)上銀行、銀企互聯(lián)等電子渠道,借助核心企業(yè)信用增級,為核心企業(yè)及其供應(yīng)鏈客戶提供的集供應(yīng)鏈管理、信息管理、融資服務(wù)、結(jié)算服務(wù)等于一體的一整套金融服務(wù)。電子供應(yīng)鏈金融與傳統(tǒng)銀行融資業(yè)務(wù)存在區(qū)別,是一種典型的交易性融資產(chǎn)品,不適合用傳統(tǒng)的信用風(fēng)險識別和評估方法,他的信用風(fēng)險具有自己的特點。準確有效的評估和識別信用風(fēng)險時電子供應(yīng)鏈金融運營狀況和發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵。文本重點對電子供應(yīng)鏈金融信用風(fēng)險的評估和識別做了分析和研究。本文對電子供應(yīng)鏈金融的概念作了定義,分析了電子供應(yīng)鏈金融平臺特點和構(gòu)建情況；分析電子供應(yīng)鏈金融信用風(fēng)險的特點,通過供應(yīng)鏈金融幾種常見的融資模式的交易流程識別出電子供應(yīng)鏈金融的信用風(fēng)險點；形成適合于電子供應(yīng)鏈金融信用風(fēng)險的綜合評價方法,以此來指導(dǎo)銀行的融資決策；同時提出了適合電子供應(yīng)鏈金融的信用風(fēng)險管理建議；最后,深入剖析了工商銀行在供應(yīng)鏈金融發(fā)展過程中取得的成績和存在不足,提出工商銀行加快發(fā)展供應(yīng)鏈金融的策略和建議。
[Abstract]:E-supply chain financing refers to the collection of supply chain management, information management and financing services provided by commercial banks to core enterprises and their supply chain customers through electronic channels such as online banking, interconnect of banks and enterprises, and credit enhancement of core enterprises. Electronic supply chain finance is different from traditional bank financing business and is a typical transactional financing product, which is not suitable for traditional credit risk identification and evaluation methods. His credit risk has its own characteristics. Accurate and effective evaluation and identification of credit risk is the key to the financial operation and development of electronic supply chain. The text focuses on the evaluation and identification of electronic supply chain financial credit risk. This paper defines the concept of electronic supply chain finance. This paper analyzes the characteristics and construction of electronic supply chain finance platform, analyzes the characteristics of electronic supply chain finance credit risk, and identifies the credit risk point of electronic supply chain finance through the transaction flow of several common financing modes. Form a comprehensive evaluation method suitable for the electronic supply chain finance credit risk to guide the bank's financing decision; at the same time, put forward the credit risk management suggestion suitable for the electronic supply chain finance; finally, This paper deeply analyzes the achievements and shortcomings of ICBC in the development of supply chain finance, and puts forward the strategies and suggestions for ICBC to speed up the development of supply chain finance.
