【摘要】：對于企業(yè)而言,競爭中很重要的一點就是對人才的競爭,管理中很重要的一環(huán)也是對人才的管理。人才是企業(yè)最有價值的資產(chǎn),也是企業(yè)賴以生存和發(fā)展的動力之源�？梢哉f,在當前的企業(yè)管理中,管好人、用好人、留住人是企業(yè)發(fā)展所面臨的一個難題,也是企業(yè)長久發(fā)展必須解決的一個重要問題。PD公司作為一家集研發(fā)、生產(chǎn)、銷售為一體的電氣裝備制造企業(yè),與其他企業(yè)一樣,在實際經(jīng)營中也面臨著人員管理方面的一些問題。如何提高員工的滿意度,凝聚員工的人心,提高生產(chǎn)效率和效益,是企業(yè)發(fā)展中急需著重關注和切實解決的一個問題。本調(diào)研報告以PD公司員工滿意度為研究主題,通過問卷調(diào)查的方法,對PD公司員工滿意度進行調(diào)查,利用社會科學統(tǒng)計軟件SPSS對數(shù)據(jù)進行分析整理,了解PD公司員工滿意度現(xiàn)狀。通過調(diào)查發(fā)現(xiàn)影響PD公司主要在以下幾個方面存在員工滿意度較低的問題。一是員工對績效考評的滿意度較低�？冃Э荚u在公平性和合理性方面上存在不足之處,對員工造成的壓力較大,在針對性方面有待提升。二是員工對薪酬福利的滿意度較低,特別是對薪酬福利的公平性、合理性有較大意見。三是公司的精神文化建設欠缺,員工的人心不穩(wěn)、斗志不高、情緒低落。通過對數(shù)據(jù)的進一步分析,結(jié)合PD公司的實際情況,提出PD公司員工滿意度的提升建議。本調(diào)研報告首先介紹了調(diào)研的背景和意義、調(diào)研方案簡介、主要內(nèi)容和研究思路,并對PD公司的相關情況進行介紹。然后對調(diào)研方案的設計與實施進行論述,通過調(diào)查問卷的方式對PD公司員工滿意度進行定量統(tǒng)計,在此基礎上,借助社會科學統(tǒng)計軟件SPSS,運用描述統(tǒng)計、統(tǒng)計圖表等形式展示調(diào)查結(jié)果,并從不同角度對數(shù)據(jù)資料進行分析,概括出該公司在員工滿意度方面存在的一些突出問題。最后,從優(yōu)化績效考評管理、改進薪酬福利管理、加強文化和氛圍建設及其他幾個方面對PD公司提出建議。本次調(diào)查研究在一定程度上有助于PD公司有效掌握員工滿意度方面的相關情況,及時采取有針對性的對策,提升公司員工的滿意度水平,為該公司今后的持續(xù)健康發(fā)展提供有益幫助,研究結(jié)果對于其他同類企業(yè)也有一定的借鑒意義。

It can be said that, In the current enterprise management, managing people, using good people, retaining people is a difficult problem facing the development of enterprises, and it is also an important problem that must be solved in the long-term development of enterprises .PD Company as a set of R & D, production, Like other enterprises, electric equipment manufacturing enterprises, which sell as one, are faced with some problems in personnel management. How to improve the satisfaction of employees, unite the hearts of employees, improve the efficiency and efficiency of production, This research report takes the employee satisfaction of PD Company as the research topic, through the method of questionnaire, the author investigates the employee satisfaction of PD Company. Using the social science statistical software SPSS to analyze the data, Understand the current situation of employee satisfaction in PD Company. Through the investigation, we find that there are some problems that affect the employee satisfaction in the following aspects: first, the employee's satisfaction with the performance appraisal is low, and the performance appraisal is fair. And inadequacies in rationality, On the other hand, the employees' satisfaction with the compensation and welfare is low, especially the fairness and rationality of the compensation and welfare. The third is the lack of the spiritual and cultural construction of the company. The employee's heart is unstable, his fighting spirit is not high, and his mood is low. Based on the further analysis of the data and the actual situation of PD Company, the author puts forward some suggestions to improve the employee satisfaction of PD Company. The research report first introduces the background and significance of the investigation. The brief introduction of the research program, the main contents and the research ideas, and the related situation of PD company are introduced. Then, the design and implementation of the research scheme are discussed, and the satisfaction degree of the employee of PD company is quantitatively counted by questionnaire. On this basis, with the help of the social science statistical software SPSS, using description statistics, statistical charts and other forms to display the results of the survey, and from different angles to analyze the data, Some outstanding problems in employee satisfaction are summarized. Finally, from the optimization of performance appraisal management, the improvement of compensation and welfare management, Strengthen the culture and atmosphere construction and other aspects to put forward suggestions to PD Company. This investigation and research will help PD Company to effectively grasp the relevant situation of employee satisfaction, and take timely targeted countermeasures. Improve the level of employee satisfaction, for the company's future sustainable and healthy development to provide useful help, the results of the study for other similar enterprises also have certain reference significance.
