國有企業(yè)知識管理戰(zhàn)略及其實(shí)施

【摘要】:進(jìn)入新世紀(jì)以來,知識型員工已經(jīng)成為國有企業(yè)的員工主體,面對全球市場空前激烈的競爭狀態(tài),國有企業(yè)應(yīng)當(dāng)努力提升自己獲取、管理、利用知識的能力,以便更好地服務(wù)客戶、應(yīng)對競爭、緊跟時代發(fā)展的變化。企業(yè)實(shí)施知識管理戰(zhàn)略的最終目的是提升企業(yè)的績效,為此,國有企業(yè)的知識管理系統(tǒng)觀模型也應(yīng)當(dāng)是績效導(dǎo)向的。同時,它還應(yīng)當(dāng)考慮到業(yè)務(wù)、流程和知識型員工之間的內(nèi)部關(guān)系。企業(yè)知識管理系統(tǒng)的作用,應(yīng)當(dāng)是確認(rèn)組織內(nèi)部的知識管理應(yīng)該在哪些環(huán)節(jié),以哪種方式來回應(yīng)組織對內(nèi)部各成分之間復(fù)雜關(guān)系的檢索和調(diào)用。以企業(yè)知識管理的系統(tǒng)觀模型來設(shè)計國有企業(yè)的知識管理體系,能夠讓企業(yè)在其所需要的任何層面(業(yè)務(wù)、流程、員工績效)對知識管理的產(chǎn)出進(jìn)行監(jiān)測,從而有利于組織更好的把握企業(yè)外部的機(jī)會,最終提高企業(yè)的整體績效。
[Abstract]:Since entering the new century, knowledge workers have become the main body of employees in state-owned enterprises. In the face of unprecedented fierce competition in the global market, state-owned enterprises should strive to improve their ability to acquire, manage, and utilize knowledge. In order to better serve customers, cope with competition and keep up with the development of the times. The ultimate goal of enterprises to implement knowledge management strategy is to improve the performance of enterprises. The model of knowledge management system in state-owned enterprises should also be performance-oriented. At the same time, it should also take into account the internal relationship among business, process and knowledge workers. It should be to identify the links in which knowledge management within an organization should take place, How to respond to an organization's retrieval and invocation of complex relationships between internal components. Designing the knowledge management system of state-owned enterprises with a systematic view model of enterprise knowledge management enables the enterprise to operate at any level it needs (business, Process, employee performance) to monitor the output of knowledge management, which is conducive to the organization to better grasp the external opportunities, and ultimately improve the overall performance of the enterprise.
