【摘要】：企業(yè)社會(huì)責(zé)任前移成為近年來(lái)研究的熱點(diǎn),但基于新創(chuàng)企業(yè)面臨的兩難困境,深入探究企業(yè)社會(huì)責(zé)任前移內(nèi)在機(jī)理的研究稍少。本文分析了正式/非正式兩種制度嵌入對(duì)新創(chuàng)企業(yè)公益參與的影響以及企業(yè)成長(zhǎng)能力的調(diào)節(jié)作用,并以我國(guó)1142家新創(chuàng)企業(yè)為樣本進(jìn)行了實(shí)證研究。結(jié)果表明:(1)正式/非正式的制度嵌入對(duì)新創(chuàng)企業(yè)的公益參與都有顯著的正向影響;(2)在轉(zhuǎn)型經(jīng)濟(jì)下,非正式制度嵌入的影響作用更大;(3)企業(yè)創(chuàng)新能力對(duì)上述關(guān)系起著負(fù)向調(diào)節(jié)作用。研究結(jié)論對(duì)理解企業(yè)社會(huì)責(zé)任前移和新創(chuàng)企業(yè)成長(zhǎng)具有指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:Corporate social responsibility (CSR) has become a hot topic in recent years, but based on the dilemma faced by new enterprises, There is little research on the internal mechanism of corporate social responsibility forward. This paper analyzes the influence of formal / informal system embedding on the public welfare participation of the new enterprise and the regulating effect of the growth ability of the enterprise. An empirical study was conducted with a sample of 1142 new ventures in China. The results show that the formal / informal institutional embedding has a significant positive impact on the public interest participation of the start-up enterprises. (2) under the transition economy, the formal and informal institutional embedding has a significant positive impact on the public welfare participation of the new enterprises. The influence of informal institution embedding is greater than that of other institutions. (3) the innovation ability of enterprises plays a negative role in regulating the above relations. The conclusion of the study is of guiding significance to understand the social responsibility of enterprises and the growth of new enterprises.
