【摘要】：由父母通過其政治身份、職位帶來的資金靈活性、更廣泛的社會網絡等方面對其子女創(chuàng)業(yè)有促進作用,從而對創(chuàng)業(yè)活動具有重要影響。使用中國綜合社會調查(CGSS)以及中國家庭金融調查數(shù)據(jù)(CHFS),本文評估了父母政治身份、職位對于子女創(chuàng)業(yè)活動的影響。研究發(fā)現(xiàn):(1)父母為黨員的家庭可能由于良好的家庭環(huán)境或體制內單位對其子女創(chuàng)業(yè)的限制造成子女創(chuàng)業(yè)動力不足。(2)父母政治身份、職位對于子女"自我實現(xiàn)型"創(chuàng)業(yè)的促進作用非常明顯,但父母政治身份、職位對子女"生存型"創(chuàng)業(yè)存在一定抑制效應。且有職位的黨員父母的子女的創(chuàng)業(yè)概率顯著增加。估計結果顯示,中等職位的父母對于男性子女創(chuàng)業(yè)概率的影響最為明顯。(3)同時發(fā)現(xiàn)父母政治身份、職位帶來的資金靈活性、更廣泛的社會網絡并不能很好地解釋父母的政治身份、職位對子女創(chuàng)業(yè)活力影響的效果差異;然而,利用中共"十八大"后的反腐這樣一個"自然實驗",發(fā)現(xiàn)了尋租動機可能是有職位黨員父母其子女較高創(chuàng)業(yè)活力的真正原因。
[Abstract]:Parents, through their political status, the financial flexibility brought about by their positions, the broader social networks, etc., have a role in promoting entrepreneurship for their children, Using the China Comprehensive Social Survey (CGSS) and the Chinese Household Financial Survey data (CHFSU), this paper assesses the political identity of parents. The influence of position on Children's Entrepreneurship. The study found that: 1) A family whose parents are party members may have a lack of motivation to start a business for their children due to good family environment or restrictions on their children's entrepreneurship by institutions. (2) parents' political identity. The role of a position in promoting a child's "self-fulfilling" entrepreneurship is obvious, but the parents' political identity, The position has a certain restraining effect on the "survival" entrepreneurship of the children, and the probability of entrepreneurship of the children of the parents of the Party members with jobs has increased significantly. The estimated results show that, The most significant impact of mid-career parents on the probability of starting a business for male children was found at the same time that parents' political identity, the financial flexibility brought by the position, and broader social networks did not explain the parents' political identity very well. However, by using the "natural experiment" of anti-corruption after the 18th CPC National Congress, we have found that the real reason for the high entrepreneurial vitality of the parents of party members with jobs may be the rent-seeking motivation.
