【摘要】:中國(guó)工程院院士們發(fā)出呼吁:在21世紀(jì)經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化和知識(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)大趨勢(shì)下,我國(guó)應(yīng)大力引進(jìn)和實(shí)施知識(shí)管理戰(zhàn)略,從管理層面上切實(shí)提高我國(guó)企業(yè)在國(guó)際上的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)實(shí)力。知識(shí)管理作為21世紀(jì)初期管理學(xué)的前沿性研究,是實(shí)現(xiàn)知識(shí)資源價(jià)值最為有效的方式。然而,面對(duì)激烈地市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)和不確定的外部環(huán)境,企業(yè)滯后、封閉知識(shí)管理方式尚不能滿(mǎn)足發(fā)展需要,只有通過(guò)知識(shí)資源在不同企業(yè)之間同步、協(xié)調(diào)運(yùn)作才能趕超時(shí)代步伐。知識(shí)資源同步協(xié)調(diào)運(yùn)作即知識(shí)協(xié)同,是知識(shí)管理的高級(jí)形式及其發(fā)展的必然趨勢(shì),是一種高效地網(wǎng)絡(luò)化知識(shí)管理。它正在供應(yīng)鏈企業(yè)聯(lián)盟之間迅速興起。國(guó)內(nèi)外學(xué)者對(duì)于供應(yīng)鏈視角下知識(shí)協(xié)同的相關(guān)研究大多還在探索階段,對(duì)于其定義和內(nèi)涵的闡述仍缺乏權(quán)威研究成果,對(duì)知識(shí)協(xié)同運(yùn)行過(guò)程、作用機(jī)理也沒(méi)有深入系統(tǒng)地剖析;在知識(shí)協(xié)同與績(jī)效關(guān)系研究方面,多數(shù)學(xué)者圍繞兩者的直接相關(guān)性展開(kāi)討論,或者以創(chuàng)新為中介變量探究?jī)烧咧g的路徑。尚未有文獻(xiàn)從柔性角度搭建兩者之間的中介“橋梁”。綜上所述,本文將從供應(yīng)鏈企業(yè)知識(shí)協(xié)同與供應(yīng)鏈知識(shí)轉(zhuǎn)化著手,探究知識(shí)協(xié)同深層次運(yùn)行機(jī)理;同時(shí)構(gòu)建理論模型,以剖析知識(shí)協(xié)同與供應(yīng)鏈績(jī)效間的影響路徑及供應(yīng)鏈柔性的中介作用。具體研究?jī)?nèi)容包含以下5點(diǎn)。1.從知識(shí)層面、節(jié)點(diǎn)企業(yè)層面、供應(yīng)鏈層面3個(gè)層面討論供應(yīng)鏈企業(yè)間知識(shí)協(xié)同的驅(qū)動(dòng)因素。在此基礎(chǔ)上針對(duì)供應(yīng)鏈環(huán)境下的鏈狀或者網(wǎng)狀結(jié)構(gòu),從社會(huì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)視角出發(fā),構(gòu)建供應(yīng)鏈企業(yè)知識(shí)協(xié)同網(wǎng)絡(luò)模型,該模型包括協(xié)同主體、協(xié)同客體、協(xié)同渠道和協(xié)同情境4個(gè)構(gòu)成要素;同時(shí)從主體關(guān)聯(lián)性、客體互補(bǔ)性、動(dòng)態(tài)性、復(fù)雜性和循環(huán)性5個(gè)方面分析了供應(yīng)鏈網(wǎng)絡(luò)生態(tài)系統(tǒng)知識(shí)協(xié)同的基本特征。2.在上述研究基礎(chǔ)之上,本文構(gòu)建供應(yīng)鏈企業(yè)間知識(shí)協(xié)同過(guò)程模型,根據(jù)模型將供應(yīng)鏈企業(yè)間知識(shí)協(xié)同過(guò)程闡釋為知識(shí)共享、知識(shí)轉(zhuǎn)移、知識(shí)獲取、知識(shí)整合、知識(shí)應(yīng)用及知識(shí)創(chuàng)新的非線性作用,同時(shí)有知識(shí)粘滯、知識(shí)重疊、知識(shí)破損、知識(shí)不兼容等連帶現(xiàn)象,以及知識(shí)評(píng)價(jià)、知識(shí)保護(hù)等輔助手段。3.將經(jīng)典的SECI知識(shí)轉(zhuǎn)化模型擴(kuò)展為二維的供應(yīng)鏈知識(shí)轉(zhuǎn)化模型,引入節(jié)點(diǎn)企業(yè)內(nèi)部和節(jié)點(diǎn)企業(yè)外部這一新維度,并將SECI模型中廣義的社會(huì)化、外化、聯(lián)結(jié)化和外化4種知識(shí)轉(zhuǎn)化模式擴(kuò)展為供應(yīng)鏈企業(yè)外(內(nèi))部知識(shí)局部外化、聯(lián)合性?xún)?nèi)(外)部化、內(nèi)(外)部知識(shí)局部?jī)?nèi)化、社會(huì)性外(內(nèi))部化8種供應(yīng)鏈知識(shí)轉(zhuǎn)化模式。供應(yīng)鏈知識(shí)轉(zhuǎn)化可以起始于任何一種知識(shí)狀態(tài),并且由知識(shí)狀態(tài)決定了知識(shí)轉(zhuǎn)化模式;不同的知識(shí)轉(zhuǎn)化模式可以同時(shí)進(jìn)行,同一知識(shí)轉(zhuǎn)化模式可以同時(shí)按順時(shí)針和逆時(shí)針兩個(gè)方向推進(jìn)。同時(shí),在此研究基礎(chǔ)上,剖析供應(yīng)鏈知識(shí)轉(zhuǎn)化模式在知識(shí)共享、知識(shí)轉(zhuǎn)移、知識(shí)獲取、知識(shí)整合、知識(shí)應(yīng)用及知識(shí)創(chuàng)新等協(xié)同行為中的推動(dòng)作用,并且認(rèn)為供應(yīng)鏈知識(shí)轉(zhuǎn)化與供應(yīng)鏈知識(shí)協(xié)同相互包含,相互促進(jìn)。4.對(duì)自變量——供應(yīng)鏈企業(yè)間5種知識(shí)協(xié)同行為、因變量——供應(yīng)鏈績(jī)效、中介變量——供應(yīng)鏈資源柔性、供應(yīng)鏈協(xié)調(diào)柔性進(jìn)行內(nèi)涵界定;依據(jù)學(xué)者們相關(guān)研究,提出變量之間的關(guān)系假設(shè);構(gòu)建供應(yīng)鏈企業(yè)間知識(shí)協(xié)同與供應(yīng)鏈績(jī)效的關(guān)系模型。5.對(duì)各相關(guān)變量進(jìn)行量表開(kāi)發(fā),設(shè)計(jì)并發(fā)放調(diào)查問(wèn)卷;對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)樣本進(jìn)行偏度、峰度等描述性分析,并對(duì)變量進(jìn)行信度、效度檢驗(yàn);通過(guò)spss軟件對(duì)不同層次的變量?jī)蓛芍g進(jìn)行相關(guān)性檢驗(yàn);構(gòu)建結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型,運(yùn)用amos軟件對(duì)模型整體適配度及各假設(shè)關(guān)系進(jìn)行檢驗(yàn);依據(jù)驗(yàn)證結(jié)果展開(kāi)討論。通過(guò)對(duì)以上內(nèi)容的研究,本文得出以下結(jié)論。1.供應(yīng)鏈企業(yè)間知識(shí)協(xié)同是一個(gè)動(dòng)態(tài)復(fù)雜、對(duì)立統(tǒng)一、由無(wú)序到有序的抽象過(guò)程,可以理解為知識(shí)共享、知識(shí)轉(zhuǎn)移、知識(shí)獲取、知識(shí)整合、知識(shí)應(yīng)用和知識(shí)創(chuàng)造6種知識(shí)協(xié)同行為非線性作用的結(jié)果,不同知識(shí)協(xié)同行為之間在邏輯上層層遞進(jìn),時(shí)間上并行發(fā)生。2.供應(yīng)鏈知識(shí)轉(zhuǎn)化二維模型包括供應(yīng)鏈企業(yè)外(內(nèi))部知識(shí)局部外化、聯(lián)合性?xún)?nèi)(外)部化、內(nèi)(外)部知識(shí)局部?jī)?nèi)化、社會(huì)性外(內(nèi))部化8種主導(dǎo)性知識(shí)轉(zhuǎn)化模式。供應(yīng)鏈節(jié)點(diǎn)企業(yè)之間的知識(shí)轉(zhuǎn)化可以以任一形態(tài)的知識(shí)為起點(diǎn);任一形態(tài)的知識(shí)均呈現(xiàn)順時(shí)針或逆時(shí)針兩個(gè)方向自由轉(zhuǎn)化的狀態(tài)。供應(yīng)鏈知識(shí)轉(zhuǎn)化是一個(gè)動(dòng)態(tài)遞進(jìn)的過(guò)程,8種知識(shí)轉(zhuǎn)化模式協(xié)調(diào)運(yùn)作,任何一種模式的弱化都會(huì)影響其它模式。3.知識(shí)協(xié)同行為依靠知識(shí)轉(zhuǎn)化的推動(dòng)進(jìn)行。知識(shí)共享通過(guò)內(nèi)部知識(shí)局部外化和聯(lián)合性外部化實(shí)現(xiàn);知識(shí)轉(zhuǎn)移和知識(shí)獲取通過(guò)社會(huì)性?xún)?nèi)部化和聯(lián)合性?xún)?nèi)部化實(shí)現(xiàn);知識(shí)整合通過(guò)社會(huì)性?xún)?nèi)部化、內(nèi)部知識(shí)局部外化即聯(lián)合性?xún)?nèi)部化實(shí)現(xiàn);知識(shí)應(yīng)用通過(guò)內(nèi)部知識(shí)局部外化和內(nèi)部知識(shí)局部外化實(shí)現(xiàn);知識(shí)創(chuàng)造則需要8種知識(shí)轉(zhuǎn)化模式共同作用實(shí)現(xiàn)。知識(shí)協(xié)同在知識(shí)轉(zhuǎn)化的推動(dòng)下完成,知識(shí)轉(zhuǎn)化和知識(shí)協(xié)同行為之間存在相互蘊(yùn)含、相互促進(jìn),前者實(shí)現(xiàn)了知識(shí)形態(tài)的變更,后者完成了知識(shí)主體的遷移。4.依據(jù)國(guó)內(nèi)外學(xué)者的相關(guān)研究成果,從知識(shí)共享、知識(shí)轉(zhuǎn)移、知識(shí)獲取、知識(shí)整合和知識(shí)應(yīng)用多維度探究供應(yīng)鏈企業(yè)間知識(shí)協(xié)同對(duì)供應(yīng)鏈績(jī)效的影響作用;從柔性角度引入資源柔性、協(xié)調(diào)柔性作為中介變量,挖掘知識(shí)協(xié)同與績(jī)效關(guān)系的新路徑。實(shí)證研究結(jié)果證明,知識(shí)獲取、知識(shí)整合、知識(shí)應(yīng)用對(duì)供應(yīng)鏈績(jī)效的關(guān)系路徑中,以柔性為中介變量的間接作用較明顯。該理論模型的構(gòu)建和實(shí)證研究分析為今后的研究提供了論據(jù),也從實(shí)踐角度為如何通過(guò)供應(yīng)鏈企業(yè)間知識(shí)協(xié)同提升績(jī)效水平提供決策支持。本文研究結(jié)論在理論方面有以下學(xué)術(shù)貢獻(xiàn)。首先,構(gòu)建供應(yīng)鏈知識(shí)轉(zhuǎn)化二維模型。該模型的構(gòu)建是對(duì)知識(shí)轉(zhuǎn)化相關(guān)理論的豐富,使其更具體化、細(xì)致化,也為后續(xù)研究提供理論依據(jù)。其次,剖析供應(yīng)鏈企業(yè)間知識(shí)協(xié)同運(yùn)行過(guò)程,并將其細(xì)化為6種在邏輯上順承、時(shí)間上并行的知識(shí)協(xié)同行為。該結(jié)論將供應(yīng)鏈企業(yè)間知識(shí)協(xié)同抽象過(guò)程“分解”為具體的協(xié)同活動(dòng),是對(duì)相關(guān)理論研究的完善和深化。再次,闡釋各個(gè)協(xié)同行為中知識(shí)轉(zhuǎn)化模式,揭示供應(yīng)鏈企業(yè)間知識(shí)協(xié)同與知識(shí)轉(zhuǎn)化的作用機(jī)理。該理論從深層上探究知識(shí)協(xié)同在供應(yīng)鏈企業(yè)間的運(yùn)行,是對(duì)相關(guān)領(lǐng)域研究空白的補(bǔ)充。最后,構(gòu)建供應(yīng)鏈企業(yè)間知識(shí)協(xié)同與供應(yīng)鏈績(jī)效關(guān)系的理論模型,通過(guò)實(shí)證分析對(duì)關(guān)系假設(shè)進(jìn)行檢驗(yàn),結(jié)果證明大部分假設(shè)與最初設(shè)想一致。該結(jié)論是對(duì)相關(guān)理論的深化和拓展,也為未來(lái)研究提供假設(shè)依據(jù)。本文研究結(jié)論的實(shí)踐價(jià)值有以下幾點(diǎn)。首先,成員企業(yè)間知識(shí)資源的協(xié)同運(yùn)行,使供應(yīng)鏈整體運(yùn)行效率得以提升。其次,通過(guò)知識(shí)協(xié)同,降低供應(yīng)鏈各項(xiàng)成本,提升成員企業(yè)創(chuàng)新水平,進(jìn)而提升供應(yīng)鏈整體競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)。再次,對(duì)供應(yīng)鏈企業(yè)間知識(shí)協(xié)同的深入研究可以為供應(yīng)鏈成員企業(yè)制定戰(zhàn)略發(fā)展目標(biāo)提供決策依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Chinese Academy of engineering who appealed in twenty-first Century: economic globalization and knowledge economy trend, China should vigorously introduce and implement the strategy of knowledge management, from the management level to improve China's enterprises in the international competition. Knowledge management as the research frontier in early twenty-first Century of management, is to realize the resource value of knowledge effective way. However, in the face of fierce market competition and the uncertainty of the external environment, the enterprise knowledge management is still lagging behind, closed cannot meet the needs of development, only through knowledge resources synchronization between different enterprises, coordinated operation to catch up with the pace of the times. Knowledge resources coordinated operation knowledge collaboration is an inevitable trend and its advanced form the development of knowledge management, is a kind of efficient network knowledge management. It is the rapid rise of supply chain enterprises between domestic and foreign scholars for the alliance. From the perspective of supply chain of knowledge collaboration are still in the exploratory stage, is still a lack of authoritative research results for its definition and connotation, the knowledge collaboration process, the mechanism has no in-depth analysis; in the aspects of knowledge cooperation and relationship performance, directly related to the majority of scholars around the discussion, or to innovation as the intermediary variable research path between the two. There has not been a literature from the angle between the two flexible building intermediary "bridge". In summary, this article from the supply chain enterprise knowledge collaboration and supply chain knowledge to explore the deep knowledge collaboration mechanism; and constructs a theoretical model to analyze the impact of supply chain performance and knowledge collaboration between the path and the flexibility of the supply chain of the intermediary role. The specific contents include the following 5 points from the.1. node knowledge level, enterprise level, supply chain 3 levels of levels to discuss the driving factors of knowledge collaboration among enterprises in supply chain. Based on the above studies, this paper draws the following conclusions of.1. supply chain enterprise knowledge collaboration is a dynamic and complex, the unity of opposites, from order to abstract process in an orderly manner, can be understood as knowledge sharing, knowledge transfer, knowledge acquisition, knowledge integration, knowledge application and knowledge creation of 6 kinds of knowledge collaboration behavior of nonlinear interaction results between different knowledge collaborative behavior in logically time occurs in parallel.2. supply chain knowledge into two-dimensional model including supply chain enterprises (in) of local knowledge externalization, combination internal (external) department, internal (external) Department of local knowledge internalization, social external (internal) of the 8 dominant modes of knowledge conversion. The empirical results show that knowledge acquisition, knowledge integration, knowledge application path of supply chain performance, with flexible indirect intermediary role is obvious. The construction and empirical research the theoretical model provides evidence for future research is the analysis, from the practical perspective for how the inter enterprise supply chain collaborative knowledge enhance the level of performance to provide decision support. The conclusion of this paper has the following contributions in theory. Firstly, the construction of supply chain knowledge into a two-dimensional model. The model of knowledge transformation theory is rich, make it more specific and meticulous, but also provide a theoretical basis for subsequent research. Secondly, analysis of supply chain enterprise knowledge collaboration process, and divide it into 6 kinds of sequence in logic and time parallel knowledge of collaborative behavior. This conclusion will supply abstract process of "decomposition" for specific collaborative activities of collaborative knowledge chain between enterprises, is to deepen the theoretical research and improvement. Thirdly, explaining each collaborative mode of knowledge transformation, revealing the mechanism knowledge collaboration and knowledge transfer between enterprises in the supply chain. The theory from the deep exploration of knowledge collaboration among enterprises in supply chain operation is a supplement to the blank of research in the related field. Finally, the construction of supply chain enterprises The theoretical model of knowledge collaboration between industry and supply chain performance, through empirical analysis assumptions on the relationship, results show that most of the hypotheses are consistent with the originally envisaged. The conclusion is to deepen and expand the theory, also provide the basis for future research. The hypothesis and the conclusion of this study the practical value of the following points. First, collaborative the operation of knowledge resources of member enterprises and the whole supply chain operation efficiency can be improved. Secondly, through knowledge collaboration, reduce supply chain costs, improve the level of innovation of member enterprises, and enhance the supply chain competition. Thirdly, among the enterprises in supply chain research of knowledge collaboration can provide a decision-making basis for the member enterprises in the supply chain to formulate strategic development goals.
