【摘要】：跨國公司生產(chǎn)和經(jīng)營的國際化推動著知識資本的全球轉(zhuǎn)移與配置,跨國公司成為知識資本國際轉(zhuǎn)移的重要載體。本文以跨國公司國際產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移的演進(jìn)規(guī)律及轉(zhuǎn)移內(nèi)容為線索,研究分析了二戰(zhàn)以來知識資本國際轉(zhuǎn)移發(fā)展歷程,及其在產(chǎn)業(yè)、主體、轉(zhuǎn)移路徑三方面的演進(jìn)規(guī)律和發(fā)展變化趨勢。結(jié)果表明,跨國公司的知識資本國際轉(zhuǎn)移呈現(xiàn)三大發(fā)展變化趨勢,在規(guī)模上知識更系統(tǒng)、轉(zhuǎn)移力度更大且步伐更快;在轉(zhuǎn)移形式上由單向、直線模式向網(wǎng)絡(luò)化擴散與共享發(fā)展;在轉(zhuǎn)移態(tài)度上更加開放、主動,并謀求在動態(tài)管理中創(chuàng)新。
[Abstract]:The internationalization of the production and operation of multinational corporations promotes the global transfer and allocation of knowledge capital. Multinational corporations become an important carrier of international transfer of knowledge capital. This paper analyzes the development course of the international transfer of intellectual capital since World War II, and its evolution law and development trend in three aspects: industry, subject and transfer path. The international transfer of knowledge capital of multinational corporations presents three major trends of development and change. In scale, knowledge is more systematic, the transfer is more dynamic and the pace is faster, the transfer form is from one-way, straight line mode to network diffusion and sharing development. In the transfer attitude more open, active, and seek in dynamic management innovation.
