【摘要】：構(gòu)建了以戰(zhàn)略性新興產(chǎn)業(yè)技術(shù)突破基本過程為基礎(chǔ)的GERT網(wǎng)絡(luò)模型,提出技術(shù)瓶頸測度系數(shù),結(jié)合算例分析并通過數(shù)值模擬,探尋產(chǎn)業(yè)技術(shù)突破過程中的瓶頸節(jié)點所在;運用計算機仿真,測度瓶頸節(jié)點技術(shù)瓶頸測度系數(shù)的變化特征。結(jié)果表明,關(guān)鍵技術(shù)定位及突破等4個節(jié)點分別為各自階段的瓶頸,針對瓶頸節(jié)點采取相應(yīng)的技術(shù)創(chuàng)新管控措施可有效減小技術(shù)瓶頸測度系數(shù)直至穩(wěn)定值。
[Abstract]:The GERT network model based on the basic process of technological breakthrough in strategic emerging industries is constructed, and the measurement coefficient of technological bottleneck is put forward. The bottleneck node in the process of industrial technological breakthrough is explored through numerical simulation and numerical simulation. Computer simulation is used to measure the characteristic of bottleneck measure coefficient of bottleneck node. The results show that the four nodes, such as key technology location and breakthrough, are the bottleneck in their respective stages. The measure coefficient of technology bottleneck can be effectively reduced to a stable value by adopting corresponding technological innovation control measures for bottleneck nodes.
